The room was smaller than expected. I booked one that was advertised as suitable for three people (even though we were only two, as I prefer larger rooms), but there wasn't enough space for a third bed. Also small tv with no English speaking channels, and room just not very cosy compared to many other hotels I stayed at.
Could hear everytime people in the room above us were moving in the bed og walking around.
My girlfriend felt sick Sunday evening when everything was closed, so asked in the reception if I could buy a banana or piece of bread, but that was not possible, a bit disappointed for a 4 star hotel.
The coffee machine in the room was not working.
But staff were kind and helpful booking a taxi for the airport etc.

It's a very nice hotel near the U line so it was easy to get from the train station or continue on to the old town. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was polite and professional.

I love the staff theyre nice and warm and friendly. The breakfast was great me and my family loves it. The room was spacious and i love the ceilings are high and there are picturesor wall displays that are so wonderful. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends in new york city and Philippines. We will come back!

The front desk people were very nice. The subway from the train station was dropped me off a 1/4 block from the hotel. That same subway took right into the city center. Great location! I would stay here again!

Excellent stay at Johann Strass hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Great position, walking distance to city mall and all the tours, plus plenty of eateries to choose from.

Love this hotel but was our favorite in the area. Best air conditioning. Nesspresso in the room. Amazing breakfast! Perfect location near city center, outdoor market, and 6th district. This hotel is very charming.

I recommend the Art Corner restaurant near the Schloss Belvedere for a fun and delicious dining experience.

The hotel is a marvelous island in a busy section of town, walking distance to Opera, Phylarmonic and museums. A marvelous spot with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the stay!

Great location! Easy walk to transportation and all sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was my room was close to a motor that hummed through the night which was a little annoying but otherwise great stay! Would definitely reccomend.

The hotel is just outside of the U1 station which takes you directly to the town center or to the train station within a couple of minutes. There are also restaurants and markets nearby. They also have a very nice car service available to the airport. The room was large and clean.

This hotel is very well situated for easy access to the centre. The underground is 100m away and one stop to Karlsplatz which has links to everywhere. It’s very quiet and comfortable. Rooms nicely decorated. The breakfasts were good. We were not able to access English tv and the umbrellas were old and broken. But staff were lovely and helpful,

An Ok hotel in a good location. But the furniture is too tired. The room was cold (end of November). Breakfast: good selection but so-so taste (especially the scrambled eggs and that thing that tried to pass as bacon).
