Staff was rude. The beds had a very noisy plastic cover under the sheets that kept waking us up. The was blood on some of the towels and in the bathroom. We were too tired to get a new place.

I had asked for a ground floor room and once again this hotel denied it due to having a service dog. I didn't make waves and went ahead and took the 2nd floor since there was an elevator but this is a direct non-compliance to ADA. Hotels are not allowed to designate specific rooms as "dog rooms", and not discriminate for certain floors for service animals. I suggested they read the ADA website and become familiar.

Just dirty and scary , didn’t even have a top lock in my room, like the chain lock. It was ripped out the door so useless. Sheets were stained and it all just smelled bad and looked filthy

The room next to me sounded like a sorority party that went on until after2am and they would not do anything about it I could go on but you get the picture

There were women screaming at night and people running up and down the halls I was all the time in fear and felt unsafe. There was no water pressure in the room And I could not get any towels or toilet paper I won’t say anymore. My review will not be rejected. Happy new year.

The parking lot was too small, the sheets did not appear to have been washed, the hot water never got hot, and there were people loitering outside the front door in the parking lot that made me feel unsafe for my wife and me and for our vehicle.

This was the worst stay at a place I have ever been.
Also, making a reservation a month out did not make sense, and they did not honor any request. that was asked of them, the room was very horrible. I had no choice but to stay because all the other hotels were booked.

Great service. We were taken care of. Clerk helped us with toothbrush and paste. We were tired and ready to rest. Usually do not stay at Motel 6 but yours was a good experience. Thank you for keeping the light on for us.

I booked a non smoking room on line. Was given a room with cigarette burns all over the bed spread as well as lining the edge of the bathtub. Huge disgusting stains on the sheets. Hair IN the fridge...good thing I only needed it for dog food. After 17 hrs of driving I didn’t have the energy to move to a different room/hotel. Fortunately for me I keep a bed in a bag in my car at all times and was able to use my own bedding. I always stay at Motel 6 with my 2 small dogs, won't be coming back to this one. We asked for a refund and checked out 10 mins after webgot there. Still waiting on you to reply. The lady was just handing out random keys to peoples rooms to people. There was mold abd rust in the shower. The bathroom lifht didnt work. Please CALL US BACK
