Had to make a last minute trip before surgery since we’re two hours away, this hotel was the cheapest so I was expecting. However I was very impressed! Very clean rooms, hotel, pool. The pool had a lifeguard and a hot tub which were definitely a bonus. Had an issue with my room when I checked in which was quickly taken care of! Will stay again

We picked RIT Inn for its location to our event. We were charged over $200 which the going rate for what you would think is an above average hotel. We were wrong, way wrong. The staff were not friendly at all, it was as if they were being punished and had to be there. The room was outdated and smelled. We were woke up by a water leak above the bed. The staff only came in to look but did not do anything to fix it. We moved the beds to keep them from getting wet and we found that they haven't been moved in a very long time. The dirt, old clothing, old room keys, and dust bunnies you can ride into town on. Due to the water leak we had to leave early, but the staff refused to offer a discount, new room or even a coffee for thr inconvenience. Not a place we will return to.

Heading on a longer road trip and Rochester was a good first stop. RIT was.clean and comfy. Bery cozy place. Convenient to highway.

Lobby was upgraded and looks nice. Room we had and floor was not. Carpet was old and less than desirable to look at. Bed was a full size. Difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably. Beds didn’t sleep well.

Excellent place

We stayed at the RIT Inn when we were moving our student back to RIT. The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and it was clean and well kept.

The property is sparkling clean, the staff is friendly, My stay was great. I highly recommend RIT inn.

Checking was not particularly welcoming, rooms rug felt dirty. Nice quiet stay, was dropping my son off for school.

Super comfortable bed, new carpeting and very clean! The lobby is inviting and the staff is fantastic. We will definitely return.

There are two pools, a hot tub, a sauna, and a bar and a restaurant on the premises. Which means once you get there after a long day of traveling, everything you need is right there - no need to get into a car again.

We stayed in an executive room. The room was very clean and spacious. It is in a convenient location near RIT. Housekeeping service needs to be requested by 12 pm, however we requested it one morning, but housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room that day. They only switched out the towels and they did not make the beds or take out the trash. One of the elevators in the back of the hotel was very wobbly and sounded like it was in need of maintenance, so we used the front elevator instead they seemed safer. I was not happy with the 25% incidental hold placed on my credit card. I was told me that it could take up to five-seven business days after check out for it to be refunded on my credit card, which was very inconvenient.

Great staff seemed like a well maintained property. I did not use pool but am sure it was ok.

The location for the stay was desirable. Close to RIT. And if it weren't for very loud inconsiderate neighbors across our room, the stay would have been better. The slamming of doors and obnoxiously loud conversations bolted us right out of our sleep. The beds were comfortable, TV small and the carpet in the room needs deodorizing. I was on a tight budget and for the price and distance, was the best choice.
