The temperature of water from shower head can't be controlled accordingly. It's super hard to enjoy shower all the time.

When I stay at a hotel that says it includes parking, I assume the lot belongs to the hotel.
Instead I have to pay per night to park here. I wish I knew ahead of time. Other than that hotel was cool.

Check in was friendly, easy, smooth. Penthouse room from 26th floor was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Perfect location for where we needed to be. Breakfast area was clean, had lots of seating, food choices, and staff was friendly. Will definitely come again.

My room was not cleaned my first night, I was told they don't clean for a two day stay. I was not given clean towels,even though they retrieved my dirty towels.. I left a day early

Great stay, centrally located but the room wasn't as warm as i would have liked. The heat didn't work that great and when maintenance came it was only a slight adjustment. I stayed in a 1bdrm suite... it was lovely and spacious.

Everything very good although I wish there was a chair to sit in. Small room so not possible but the desk chair, with wheels so can be moved but not enough room to get past bed and tv console/dresser. Am an older person … can’t lift chair up and over. Otherwise, all good.

I will never stay here again. One staff member was very rude when I was visiting with my special needs daughter. Instead of providing support and understanding, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s essential for hotels to create a positive environment for all guests, especially those with special needs. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The bathtub/shower with just half of a glass door is not a good idea. Never seen that idea and hope I never see it again. I would rethink that and get back to what works in bathroom without trying to save buck

King bed was nice but the sofa bed horrible. Nice view of city hall but too many homeless people in the vicinity which is no fault of the hotel. Close to all. Buffet breakfast was decent not extravagant.

The room assigned to us had dirty sheets with stains on the bed. I called the front desk to report this and request the sheets be changed. I had to call back 3 times to check on the status, it took them 4 hours and 12 minutes to come up to change the sheets. I will not be staying here again.

Great overall experience for my solo trip. Great and safe area. The staff was lovely, had the opportunity to check in earlier than expected.

Needs updating. Some of the rooms smell horrible. Had to change rooms due first room smelling like some had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. Furniture and carpets need cleaning bad.

Stayed on a Friday night and I don’t know if this is usual but there were roaring motorcycles/quads late night and early morning that were not conducive to sound sleep. Otherwise this hotel was worth price paid.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The gym was clean and there was a Dunkin connected to the hotel. But the area was a tad dirty with some sketchy people hanging around the outside. But safe with a group.
