Room keys refused to work. Had to make at least half a dozen trips to the front desk to get keys made, and invariably only one would work (if at all). Night manager had very poor, combative attitude. Room smelled. Parking was atrocious. Elevators had issues. Could never enter of leave except through front entrance.

It was rather confusing at the start. I called at 12 Noonto request an early check in and they said if we came by after 1 PM we would be able to check in. So we drove across town and arrived at 2:10 PM only to be told check in was 'after' 3 PM. I said I understood but had called in and spoken with the front desk. She apologized for the miscommunication, but no rooms were available. Ugh. The room was clean but the pillows (3 only) were awful and the sheets rough like sandpaper. There was only a thin blanket so I am glad I brought my own blanket from the car. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom - only to read on a sticker on the last day it was avilable at the front desk ON REQUEST. This was not offered at check in nor mentioned on the website. Nor was the fact that housekeeping was extra and on request. I was surprised to see the room was untouched when we got back from a long day out. Thank goodness we hung up all the towels. Overall the room was fine. The bed as not great and the pillows and bedding 'fine' but not great. The TV had no ability to connect to any apps or allow for streaming- big miss. Plus there was a napkin in the hallway of the stair way for over 36 hours. I ended up picking it up and throwing it out. It annoyed me too much. Plus there was missing pain on the bathtub/ shower which made it look run down. But, it was centrally located, close to the freeway and shopping and lots of easy parking. So you get what you pay for and it was ok! Thanks!

It did say "breakfast included".. was disappointed to discover it was a breakfast bar (oatmeal, coffee & muffins) not an actual hot/cold breakfast. Our keys also stopped working. The floor in the room and the hallway carpet was dirty. The windows were also dirty. The so called ",breakfast" consistedof a stale muffin and coffee.

It had plenty of parking. Could use a touch of cleaning around the parking lot to look presentable. Front trash bin at the entrance of the building was over flowing. Friendly customer services, knowledgeable and very informative staff Receptionist. Spacious room with double queen size, plenty of storage and room for suit cases . Did have tiny roaches. A well size kitchen with decent refrigerator and freezer, electric stove and microwave available. The hallway did have a wierd moldy smell with a mix of marijuana.

In the morning there was a live roach in the sink when i was brushing my teeth and then i found 2 dead ones near the kitchen and closet and when i checked out and informed them and.showed pictures all they did was apologize and send me.on my way...i do believe they should have given me some.kind of credit back. No one wants to find roaches thats just gross..i have photos but for some reason it wont let me upload them

We had roaches in the room, some unknown person tried opening the door late at night twice. The bedding was not clean stained. The furniture was old and falling apart, and the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Disgusting!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. My main concern was the cleanliness. Every single towel I tried to use had someone else’s long dirty hair entangled within the towels it was pretty gross. The carpets and chair were stained and dirty. I did not feel good laying in their bed. I give my compliments to the staff, but as for the room itself I personally would not come back nor recommend it to someone else.

Tried to check in early, was told no, no big deal. Asked to use bathroom was denied because I wasn’t a guest, but had reservations…. Common areas dirty with trash and stains on carpet everywhere, saw a roach in hallway. my room not very clean could feel grit on bathroom floor. Remote for tv didn’t work, front desk resolved that. Not any better than motel 6
