The room was clean. And spacious. It was a handicap room, which I was not expecting. So the bathroom was weird. Would have preferred a standard room.

Room was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for us. Beds didn’t look or feel like queen size but I double checked with front desk and was assured they were queen sized.

It was awful this time. We didn’t get the room we paid and requested for and then we were overcharged and still waiting on our reimbursement. The drain in the sink wouldn't work so we had to pry it open ourselves and then the tv remote had duct tape on it and was hard to work. The breakfast was not cooked right with his eggs/ very saddened by this stay.

This property had an Unos restaurant attached and was really convenient to get to and pick up dinner. It's also next to the hall of Fame museum and i didn't realize how close it was until we got there.

The view was behind a building where homeless people had a camp
Set up. The beds were horrible! They sank in and the same
With the pillows. One lamp so it was very dark. No fan in bathroom, not enough towels, just not good.

Nice front desk staff! Clean room and nice pool area. The shower could use an update, half the water pooled into the tub while the shower was going. Overall, nice experience.

I called before check in to see how late the pool was open, and the desk clerk told me that it was open until 10p. Upon arrival, my husband found that the pool was closed and had been. The clerk did not give him an explanation why I was told it was open until 10. My kids were quite disappointed.
