This place doesn’t even exist. Arrived with 4 kids after 4 hours of driving. Hotel was closed and under reconstruction. Not sure how it was advertised but I got confirmation from Expedia. After 3 hours on the phone I finally got replacement hotel but waisted all day.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Marina Riviera Cabins. The location was perfectly located by the lake where we wanted to stay near by. I was so nervous upon arrival when the hotel was closed for renovations, quick address check let me know our cabin was just across the street. Only downside was the AC not running yet. Amount of space was perfect for us. Kitchen area made the stay more accommodating. Everything was super clean upon arrival. Location is great! Close proximity to any / everything. Will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Marina Riviera Cabins. The location was perfectly located by the lake where we wanted to stay near by. I was so nervous upon arrival when the hotel was closed for renovations, quick address check let me know our cabin was just across the street. Only downside was the AC not running yet. The view was beautiful ❤️there was no coffee maker, and no ice. Its not completely finidhed, lobby was still inder construction. Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice.

I put my coat on floor to block air flow and cranked heat. The bath was next to front door which made for a chilly shower.. they only had 2 bath towels per room as well … details….

I like the property. Staff is nice, the property and our room awesome and the view was spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and most of all its pet friendly. I recommend this property to my friends that is planning to visit big bear soon.

The rooms were tastefully done… there’s no coffee pot, which was too bad.. the front door to my room was not installed properly , so it leaked cold air. I put my coat on floor to block air flow and cranked heat. The bath was next to front door which made for a chilly shower.. they only had 2 bath towels per room as well … details….

Incredible service! Free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24/7 including cappuccinos etc. Everyone we encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. the location and views are hard to beat too!

They have no amenities or ice machine and are unapologetic about it. I paid $530 for two nights (weekend). The response to my complaint was that this is not 4/5 star pricing...um, ok. I did not enjoy my stay or appreciate having to repack and move rooms at the end of a very long day (and drive from Irvine) because the bathroom sink did not work. They told me they were waiting on the right part and returned with a screwdriver to try and get it to work. It did not work. They did give me an option to move rooms or wait til morning for maintenance... my bathroom sink was stopped up...is that really a choice? I also could only get a small amount of ice because they have small bags at the "front desk" that she had to bang against the wood patio to provide to me. I was told they won't get an ice machine because they do not yet have a lobby. I never even got a follow up from the manager or an apology. After I left, I did text them and their responses are rude and clearly unapologetic. The Hilton Suites (at the bottom of Summit) down the road is a much better option and is new w/ amenities and cheaper pricing.

I love the hotel, but the walls are very thin and its unbearable when people above you , you hear their TV and you hear every step they take . We had to leave the room early because of that noise, if you want to be on the third floor you have to pay extra money, in my opinion its not fear for any guest who still pays lots of money for the room and still have a bad experience of the noise coming from upstairs, I am very disappointing, the hotel is in a great area, but the noise is unbearable.
