I have been looking forward to writing this since i checked out. The hotel was great, but my favorite part was listening to Luis chat with guests in the morning at breakfast, he was helping with setup, comfort, cooking, you name it. He was so helpful to folks, offering to make them a togo breakfast if they didnt have time to sit. He offered us fresh baked cookies to take with us. These were all fine and dandy but the icing on the cake watching this man be awesome was when a young couple with 2 young children came, he just went in the back and grabbed a high chair and had it for them when they got to their table (unprompted). That is service, that is excellence and that is someone who cares about people and is extremely good at it. I have had young children and it can be overwhelming and this little act of kindness really makes a difference, Luis...you make a difference!!!!

The room was very comfortable and spacious and the bed was very comfortable slept like a dream the shower was very good and had a strong draw and the soap and shampoo smelled wonderful.

Stayed at Residence Inn Tudor Wharf when we were in town to attend a concert. Great hotel with amazing views. The breakfast has lots of options and the food was good. We were given an upgrade and our room was spacious with everything we needed.

Was there for 3 nights. Calm area with quality installations. Included breakfast was very practical, to start the day quickly. Food cold and hot was great. Valet parking was expensive, but comparable to other hotels in the area, self parking would be a great improvement. Overall, satisfied, would go back there if need be.
