Linda greeted us upon arrival. Was super helpful and amazing. The house keeper Bridget was so helpful with anything we needed. I have stayed at allof of hotels due to traveling but this one was the best so far. I truly enjoyed it so much. Hospitality was amazing. I cant remember the young lady who worked Saturday night name. But she was so helpful and did such an awesome job. Rooms were cleaned and spotless. Shampoo and conditioner and lotio were available to us in the rooms. I will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Shower handle was broken, notified staff when we checked out. They appreciated the notification.

I was allowed to have my service dog with me and their was a dog area. The staff ms. linda and ms. mary were very accommodating to our needs. I would stay here again.

Was not the Hampton quality. No towels in room, dirty bathroom, old, loud voices at 2am outside our window. And we were on the 4th floor! Breakfast was good.

Since the end of the pandemic this location has gone through a "renovation", outside and lobby look good as well as the new gym facility, of the 5 rooms I've stayed in since some during they all seem much the same, some more tired than others. Beds are comfy, good television, some kind of perfume deodorizer in the ac unit that was off putting, otherwise pretty clean room. The breakfast was pretty good and all staff in the place was excellent and accommodating! Pool was over chlorinated, bottom was filthy from not being vacuumed in long time doesn't appear to get much use most likely because of this. In all of Washington other than the B&B's there are only 2 decent hotels to stay in, the rest are the ones you stop and flop at overnight on the way down the road I'm hoping that in a hand full of years this one doesn't join the ranks.

The room was not up to standards. The bathtub drain was very slow. The electrical plug on the side of the TV stand came out in my hand. The other electrical plug had to be jiggled to work the coffee maker. The window shade was broken. It would not roll up. When I mentioned it at check up it was like no one cared. They said they couldn't give me a copy of my receipt because the internet was down. I was very disappointed for what I paid for the room.
