only complaint the bathroom plug did not work. went and told front desk. Maintenance had already left for the evening. she was going to put us into another room which was very nice of her to suggest. Already had unpacked for the night. Bed was comfy, hot tube at pool side was nice. food as always. very good. safe area right off the highway. shopping, gas stations near.

The room was not clean. The bedroom had a "bloody" handprint on the wall. We informed the front desk and they apologized and offered to discount our room.

Great property! Was surprised when we checked in that a perk with staying here was free breakfast, dinner and drinks. They had alot of food options too! The staff was amazing and the property was very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that the faucet was loose, but it wasn’t leaking. I informed the General Manager who at the counter.
Every time we’re in the Jackson Mississippi area we stay there.

We stayed just one night, we were there for a baseball tournament.
Good:
- free hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, biscuits, sausage) cereals, whole fruit and juices.
- staff was friendly
Bad:
- they put three small pillows on each bed. Due to the size, stuffing amount, each person would really need two each. When requesting another pillow, we were told the hotel had no extras. Highly unlikely… they need at least 4 of these types of pillows on the bed.
- room next doors alarm when off at 340am, for like 30 minutes before being shut off. Not hotels fault, but being able to hear it, affected the stay.

Drury In is always amazing! With the kick back hour and wonderful breakfast, it’s always our favorite hotel. All the staff are attentive and I love the breakfast cook…she serves us like we’re her family…very proud of her cooking as she should be! Best of all, once we park, there’s no need to leave until after breakfast! Thanks, Drury Inn!

Great hotel, friendly staff who is quick to respond and address concerns. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a friendly cook who takes pride in her cooking. They offer dinner and free drink hour (I was too late for these though). I would assume both were great. Highly recommended!

Drury is always a good choice. This one needs some updating and our room wasn’t the cleanest but for one night we managed. Beds were very comfortable and location was excellent.
