Holiday Inn Express never lets me down. It's always clean, with a great breakfast and great staff.

There was ongoing construction upstairs and I was not notified upon checkin. Nor once I asked what was going on not offered a chance in room. The carpets were dirty and did not look like they had been vacuumed for weeks.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and work hard to meet our needs. I've have staid there many times due to the convenience of its location to the airport.

Great breakfast setup. Room carpet needs replaced and the TV remote was extremely hard to use. If plannto swim, be sure to wear water shoes. The lining of the pool cut our children's feet.

Night front desk staff was very helpful. We used the laundry facility and were thankful for it. Room was clean and comfortable.

My entire experience here was top notch, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I would absolutely book here again should I find myself in Manchester.

Went for a two night stay, booked a room with two queen beds, received a room with 2 double beds and when ever the children turned over the bed made so much noise it woke every up. couldn't take a bath because the tub stopper didn't work, booked room for 4 people, received towels for 3, TV hardly worked, Continental breakfast the first morning was terrible, the second morning it was better. Overall a very old and dated property, not worth the money we paid. Skip this one and try the Fairfield Marriott next door. August 2024
