We had a wonderful stay. Especially friendly and helpful staff.

The property is in a very nice area if Cork. Rooms were very nice and the restaurant and bar was amazing with the rock face waterfall plus the food was spectacular.

Friendly staff, quiet (good double windows for the busy street and courtyard). Clean and nice decoration. Close to everything.

Really beautiful hotel and very good location to the main areas we wanted to visit. Loads of bars and coffee shops around. 5 mins and your in central Cork. We didn't eat there but had a drink by the waterfall, stunning. All the staff were friendly and helpful that we encountered.

Loved the hotel. Very nice rooms. Unusual warm weather during our stay so room was a little warm, however a very nice oscillating fan was in room. Only caution is our room was on the courtyard side and had to keep window closed due to crowd and music noise from cocktail bar opposite hotel with seating in courtyard. Window with fan stopped majority of noise so sleeping was good. If you’re a light sleeper, request non-courtyard room.

The hotel has an interesting brick and wood look — quaint. But the facilities (lift, shower, etc.) are all modern and first rate. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very good aesthetics with the water feature, conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and pubs. Staff was very kind and friendly. No A/C, room was near the water feature and opening the window risked mosquitoes entering room which made it difficult to ventilate the space. Partnered offsite parking also had different rates for day and overnight which added up.

Isaacs was comfortable, good value for the money and convenient. MacCurtain Street offers many lovely restaurants - two of which are onsite. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with adjoining restaurant. Very well staffed. Bar/lounge across the hall/way was quirky with wonderful selections and service. Parking, while off site isn’t a deal breaker. Be warned, parking is located up a steep hill.

Great atmosphere and situated amongst many restaurants. Loved the waterfall affect at the back of the hotel. It was beautiful and calming to see while having breakfast. Oir stay was enjoyable.

The location is fantastic and the restaurant and bar Cask is phenomenal. The apartment was clean and large. The hallway was damp and musty. And it was very load in the morning from employees in the alley. The baggage dropping and parking is very difficult. Detailed instructions should be sent ahead, including the location of the car park.

The greeting from the staff at the front desk was spectacular. They are so nice. Only weird thing is you have to walk through a busy restaurant with your luggage but that’s it.

No air condition but we were fine, they provided a fan . The bar next store does have a DJ playing music, we did not hear it after 11pm. Would definitely recommend.
