The staff is friendly and helpful. When extra cleaning was needed, the staff arrived promptly and completed the cleaning in a matter of minutes.

This place is ok, very dirty carpet in rooms. Even a roach walking in the room. Same breakfast for the 4 day stay, not a thing change. Will not stay here again when in the area.

The tap water had a smell. The property seemed to have a brushed over feel. The tub and toilet were not cleaned sufficiently. I’d give it a 2.

Stayed there for a week and there was no housekeeping, when I asked for it 3 times and was told “it’ll be done on a daily basis”, then I was told “it’ll be every other day” and lastly was told “it’s done by request only”, well, it was never done. Asked for fresh towels, never got them, asked for a extra laundry bag and was given a trash bag! There was roaches in the bedroom, nothing was done about it… definitely will never be staying there again.

When booking they don't say nothing about a deposit until you're at the property they require a deposit to check you in and then when you check out they won't give you the deposit back for any reason like for a little stain on the blanket that it was already stained when we checked in got charged 85 dollars I guess that's how the front desk clerk and the girls on laundry make extra money.

Very impressed with your facility, I will likely stay at Comfort Inn's more often when traveling. Nothing to facility has any control over, but that used car lot south of the hotel is a real dump.

Having a disabled veteran in my vehicle, made it difficult to park in a handicap space because the manager was parked in the handicap space. We have Disabled Veteran license plates and a blue handicap sticker which takes priority over a person without disability. The manager should know better than to park in one of those spaces!

Had to move 3 times to different rooms! One the ceiling was leaking! Two there was bedbugs my sister got bit all over her legs! And third the door lock wouldn’t work so we had to move again! And they wouldn’t even give us a discount for all the inconvenience!! Worst hotel ever!!

Again another property that did not match pictures online. It was very old and dirty …not kept up or renovated in a very long time…the AC in the room was old and noisy. The pillows were comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was broken. …drive the extra 12 minutes and go to a newer one for the same price. I regret not doing that.
