My first room 212, looked like a crime happened on the bed. I immediately asked for a new room. I definitely feel every bed should have a full zip around mattress protector. My biggest fear is bed bugs. And 212 failed miserably. Next room was 322, bed had full cover on it. But the sheets, room, floor were extremely gross and sticky and dirty. I'm not sure if they don't have a housekeeper manager, but very unacceptable. Floors throughout the entire hotel was very dirty, rooms had bags of garbage outside the door for a full day. Room across from 322s floor was so gross. This was my first stay here with my kids and it was embarrassing unfortunately. I do wish I would have taken photos. Honestly I just tried not to be there much.

The toilet had blocked and upon calling for help, I was advised to buy something to unblock it. I found this very unprofessional

DO NOT stay here. This property is used as an overflow shelter when the homeless shelters are full or if someone needs emergency temporary shelter due to domestic abuse, or loss of home. This important piece of information was not advertised when booking my stay. I drove 10 hrs to move my daughter into her college dorm and picked this place because it looked clean and new. Upon arrival, there were several (over 15) people loitering in the parking lot and it’s 9:30pm and a few individuals were living in their car in the parking lot. Our room was very basic, no amenities what so ever. I felt like this property is very misleading in their descriptions on Expedia. Don’t waste your time and money staying here.

Really good place

The property was nice. The outside environment had homeless people around the area. Some were sleeping in vehicles. The premises was only accessible with key cards.

They should put blankets in the room not telling the clients to go for them at the recy

The sheets and blanket for my bed were just sitting on my bed. Had to make it myself.

Sunday, August 31, 2024 - room 326. It seems that there is an excess electrical charge through the hotel's electrical system that burnt up my earbuds. I've used these earbuds nightly for 4 years all night long in this same manner at many homes and in several hotels and never had a problem. It seems like from looking at the sheets on the bed next to mine and the stain on them that this has happened before in this hotel. They were the best heavy duty earbuds I've ever had and I don't think I can replace them anymore. The end of my finger was burnt severely. thankfully, the alarm woke us up, This is not a hotel I will stay in again, because that should not happen. It is very unsafe. I can send pictures if needed.

The property is very secure and have ample parking

When my wife and I opened the door to our room we found the beds unmade. Pillows were thrown on the desk and the mattress look absolutely disgusting with brown stains. I have pictures as proof because what we saw was terrible and the worst place I’ve spent the night. Don’t spend your money on this place, that’s my advice.

The property itself was nice. Hardwood floors, clean room, cubies to put your stuff, small stove, good sized fridge, dish washer. What I didn't like was you have to pay extra if you want any dishes/coffee maker/paper towels. There's no ice machine either. Plus the girl at the front desk seemed more than happy to shoo us away without actually wanting to help. There are homeless people to the side of the building just hanging out as well. We only needed it for one night so it was fine but extended stays you'll need to bring your own supplies and ice.
