Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean and having water bottle upon arrival was good

The staff is polite. My room was large, but it was noisy. The walls are thin and I could hallway noise, running above me,the elevator, cars and planes. I did not think the hotel was this close to the airport. There is food available in the hotel, meals served 6-10. There is a Dennys, a small restaurant and a casino that serves food, all within the complex.

Excellent front desk staff. Well stocked gift store which also had necessities and some snacks, beautiful King room, 24 hour airport shuttle.

Perfect for first and last night of trip to be close to the airport during my Costa Rica vacation! Clean, comfortable and most importantly excellent service especially front desk and gift shop. Pura Vida!

Every staff member was kind, courteous and spoke fluent English. This made it easy to ask questions. The seating area for the smoking section out front was very beautiful. It did not seem like an afterthought but rather it gave smokers the sense that they too can relax.

Perfect spot to stay when we arrived late to Costa Rica and left early at the end of our trip. Had 24 hour shuttle to the airport which was needed as our flight was at 7:20am and we needed to be there at 4:30am. Rooms and bathrooms were clean both time we stayed. Ac was great in the room.

We booked a double queen and got a single king. The room was nice and updated. The check in process took a long time and then our key didn’t work. When I returned to the front desk I had to wait in line again to get a working key. Having only one agent at the desk this took a very long time. The included breakfast was great and had good fresh options. The day time security officer was very friendly and remembered us by name.

The hotel was right next to the airport which was great for our late arrival and early departure from Costa Rica. We arrived at 9:30pm and were able to check in and get a good night rest after our flight. We enjoyed the great breakfast in the morning before heading out. After exploring the country we came back for our second night here. We were able to walk to a restaurant nearby for our last dinner. Our flight was early in morning and we check out at 4:30am. They had a shuttle ready and took as to the airport that was only 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean and looked like the pictures. The ac worked great and bathrooms were clean. The staff were all very nice and made checking in and out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed one night after our flight. The hotel is very clean, very close to the airport, and the people were friendly. We don't have any complaints at all. Had a nice stay.

Restaurant was very good, service at front desk was excellent, free shuttle every 15 to airport and key drop box for rental car was in hotel. Will use again!

It was a good stay. I enjoyed myself

A convenient location. Free shuttle from airport and car rentals across the street. Wonderful breakfast. An excellent way to start and end our trip to Costa Rica!
