This hotel has been kept from the'40's? Or '50's? While it's def vintage, they've done so well at keeping it updated and comfortable.
One note: ask for coffee pot if you need one before you check in. It'll save us coffee drinkers a stressful morning!!!!!!

The check in process was very easy, our room was small but very clean (we reserved 1 queen bed). No traffic noise, no noise from rooms on either side, AC wasn’t overly loud. We didn’t get to enjoy the gardens beyond driving past but they were beautiful.

Lovingly restored motel. The rooms are small but clean and they have microwaves and coffee makers. The owners have even updated to keypads instead of clunky keys! The garden area was perfect for our quick breakfast before leaving. We recommend!

Location offered easy access to downtown and we had an enjoyable and insightful conversation with the clerk at check-in. Glad we stayed there.

This retro motel is family owned & it’s wonderful! The gardens are relaxing & beautiful. The room I had was adorable, knotty pine paneling & cleaner than any hotel I’d ever stayed in! Fridge, microwave & A/C all great! Rick the manager is a very nice man! Highly recommend!!

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room size was fine. The bed was a little hard. We could smell a strange smell when we got in but it wasn't there too long. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work, the shower was small and not great. It was fairly quiet. The yard area was nice and it was close to the people we were visiting.

Parking right outside my room is great as I am traveling on a motorcycle and needed to bring all of my gear inside.
