The staff are very nice.
Three times, online and in person, I requested two beds, but they gave us a room with one bed.
Only one restaurant, and it’s not cheap.
Very few of the staff speak English.
Nobody has change for bills as small as 50mil.
The coffee bar is very nice.
There’s a vitamin IV injection room in the hotel.

We stayed one night since we had to fly out of Barranquilla from Cartagena. The room was pretty basic and the AC was just perfect compared to any other hotel we previously had in Cartagena. Hot water pressure was also perfect. Bed was also comfortable and the full breakfast was a plus!

Hotel is ok for proce but, dont like that when you enter on the room the AC takes about 4 minutes to start,carpets on the halls were ditry,NO POOL ,only 2 old yacussies!
Beside that yes the service and staff is really good and they do the best for you!!

I had to use the same towels everyday because they were not changed or replaced when the cleaning staff did the room. They also did not have a service bar in the room, like having drinks and snacks. But, otherwise everything was good. I recommend this hotel.

I tried to tell them that I was there through Saturday but the man argued and said i wasn’t. Finally he rechecked the paperwork and confirmed I was accurate and fixed the key.

The cleaning ladies where terrible.. never bringing fresh towels or anything... front desk lied about the check in hours then gave us a room we clearly didnt book and gave us attitude when we said we wanted the room we booked online.. restaurante food was good
