The staff working at there was super nice and the place is really nice! But I have to say that the Delux room is not the one in the picture, I got a smaller room. And the most important: THIS IS A MOTEL, not a hotel!

Great room. I had a great price for 4 nights, but after change to one night that went up a lot. At discount rates it would be great value. Check in only 5pm, which is a bummer, although they have good organised luggage storage. 2 minutes walk from subway.

Location was really convenient, near the metro. Room was big and spacious. Big bathroom, with a big jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Though it was slightly uncomfortable with one of the toilet walls transparent. Amenities were adequate. The bigger issue we had with the room was the cleanliness. There was loose strands of hair in the bathtub and sink when we first checked in, also the towels provided was stained (looks like coffee or what not). Overall, still a comfortable stay.

The bathroom floor is dirty and there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom curtain. The bathroom door is see through so if someone is using the toilet you’ll be able to see him/her. Also the shower head holder is broken in our room.

We stayed in the penthouse suite for a few nights while we were in Busan. Overall, we had a good stay. The suite is gigantic, with a living room, kitchen, office/karaoke room, and two bathrooms (one is en suite; the other is a hall bathroom). There is also a large deck with a jacuzzi tub. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. Some quirks I want to mention in case you are interested in the penthouse: The penthouse is on the 11th floor but you have to walk up from the 10th floor because the elevator does not go to the 11th floor. The beds are kind of hard, as some reviewers have noted. The pillows are also on the firm side. The AC power is on the remote control, so you can't turn it on from the panel in the living room. The shower/bath in the en suite bathroom is separated by a glass door from the bedroom, so there is no privacy. A lot of the windows are covered by mirrors that can slide open, so it is a bit dark inside. The first night we stayed, there was a terrible sewer-type smell that came from the en suite toilet area. We notified the front desk and the smell mostly went away after that. Breakfast is not included--it is an extra 3000 won per person. One thing that was unclear when I booked this property was whether there was any laundry facility on premise. The answer is unfortunately no, but there is a laundromat very nearby which costs 4000 won for a wash (detergent included) and 4000 won for a dry. Each takes about 45 minutes.

Love the location! Very near to seomyon which is one station away, a lot of food and shoppings around! The bath tub is very big too! Just one con is the bed is abit on the tough side

This place had good staff and they always restocked and tidied the room. The only thing I didn’t care for was the see-through bathroom door right in front of the toilet.

Big room and bathroom, 3 mins walk to metro station. 10 - 15 mins walk to seomyeon walking street. Very convenient and easy access to every location.

The staff, especially the night front desk agent who checked us in is so kind and helpful. He helped us find a currency exchange store nearby and printed our train passes for us as well. He was so approachable. The hotel location is perfect. Literally right next to a metro stop which helps us get around the city quickly and when we had to leave and check out with multiple heavy suitcases, having he metro right there saves us from a tedious travel back to the Busan Station. The room itself had enough space and was kept clean. The bathroom was spacious and there was a tub, which was to my preference. (Still do not like showering in the open right near the toilet and this is common in Asian countries) In the morning there are cereals and an expresso machine that saves us time finding coffee and a quick snack.

Great hotel! Stylish room. Amazing bath tub! The bathroom is huge, includes a shower as well. The bed is firm yet comfortable. There is even a computer! The window has a proper shutter (not a given in Korea!). Nevertheless, it is conceived for short stays as in the basic room, there is no cupboard to hang the clothes nor an iron board. There are only coat hangers and a couple of hooks. And small size towels. I stayed for 19 nights and didn't want to live out of my suitcase. The manager has been a real angel and found a solution for me. Breakfast is pretty basic: waffles and cereals, coffee and juice. Not suitable for my food allergy but here again, the manager found a solution for me. There is a kettle and coffee supply in the room. The manager, the reception team, the cleaning lady are all wonderful people and they all go the extra mile to help you! I will definitely go back when I go back to Busan!

Fantastic hotel, for the price you pay a massive room with an excellent bath tub with jets. Great location, would stay again. Bed was hard, but not as hard as we found in Japan.
