We rebooked this Hotel because 1 yr ago we stayed here and itcwas very nice, convenient and clean. However this time it was not a nice stay. We had an ADA room 110. We found the white coverlet dirty with stains took it to tge desk and asked for another one or a blanket they had none. The shower was a walk, wheelchair roll in, the floor was old small tiles coming up, the duel shower head was held on by packing tape to the shower wall, the back ADA handle was loose and cover plate coming off. I would not let my Husband use the shower because itcwas unsafe for him to stand in. The shower chair was way too unsturdy as well small for anyone to use. The ADA handrail cover by the Toilet was also coming detached from the wall. The property outside was surrounded by ant hills all over the side walks. The grassy area for our Service K9 was driry with dog waist. The trash basket was so full and smelly. I walked my Huband's Ser ice K9 to the grassy area down the street. We will not stay at this Hotel again. I am a Member of the Wyndham App and I have never seen any of their properties or affiliates so bad. No photos. I did however let the Front Desk Attendances know they need work orders for everything I listed above. I was in Property Management for 23 yrs and if I had a Property like this I would have been fired.

The room itself was amazing. However, the pool/spa was non-functional. Having a pool/spa was part of the reason I chose this location.

I didn’t like the kids upstairs sound like they were coming through the roof I called front desk twice they started back in the morning for that reason I won’t stay there anymore

The first room smelled like smoke. They did change rooms but the second room was musty and the air conditioner smelled like sour milk. I stayed at a Wyndham in San Diego the week prior and had high hopes for this one but was truly dissatisfied. Don’t waste your money.

After a rude treatment at Holiday Inn, the staff at La Quinta made up for it. They gave us a ground floor room, told us of restaurants near by & were very welcoming.

Comfortable room on the first floor, but very noisy around 5 AM. The person setting up the morning breakfast had no consideration for guests.
