The hotel was mostly clean and modern. The coffee makers in our rooms were dusty and did not appear to be clean. This hotel did not offer breakfast. Would have been nice if they offered breakfast type items in the canteen area

At this time, it was little things that we noticed- like the bedspread was dirty, the faucet on the bathroom sink was so loose It seemed like it was going to fall out, cord to roll up the blind was broken. It just seems like little things were adding up, still of the location of this property

Exhaust fan did not work. No electric outlet in bathroom, spiders, poor lighting in bedroom, bar was closed, outside facility was trashy & saw roaches. They charged and hold $25 for incidentals on your credit card and takes around 4 days to get your money back!

The property seemed a bit old and could use some care. The deal around our shower needed resealing and I had to fix the washroom sink drain stopper myself.
The bar tender knew nothing about wine and the food/drink menu was out of date with no clear substitutes, until we pushed on a wine substitute.

Overall i had a good stay, the breakfast was subpar. Both in food selection and in quality. Also parking was very difficult. Often times there were trucks with trailers taking multiple spaces. Making it more difficult to find a space or park safely

The room was standard and adequate, but when we discovered that we were assigned to a room where the bed sheets had not been changed and were dirty, we were appalled. The front desk responded quickly by offering us a new (and clean) room but they never offered an apology, and it was very unnerving to stay in a hotel with such low standards for cleanliness, and it greatly affected our satisfaction.

Wonderful staff!! The bartender was amazing and needs a raise. I was going to come back in may but the bartender pit her notice in and wony be there. But over all ot was an awesome experience!! The bed could use an upgrade but thats the only

NO HOT- WATER!!!! For the cost of the room, a hot shower was expected. The front desk clerk was empathetic and very nice. The manager was suppose to call, I have not heard from anyone. It doesn't matter how nice, pretty, or otherwise comfortable a hotel is, when there is no hot water, the stay is horrible! Not what I expected from the Hilton brand. Very disappointed!
