Very well decorated and cozy room. Perfect for a couple night stay. Very clean and had a beautiful rooftop pool/bar that overlooked the entire city. A little loud at night because it's in the center of nightlife but we didn't mind since we were usually out and about ourselves every night.

This hotel’s location was amazing. You are able to walk to the parks like Provenca as well as still feel safe. Very quiet. One downside, the room didn’t have closet and it’s very small. But the location is amazing. The front desk guy was very helpful as he recommended many restaurants and was very knowledgeable about things to do. Don’t order the airport transportation because Uber is much cheaper. Also it’s very safe to take Uber all day

Excellent reception staff - good location w lots of food options - quirky retail concepts .. interiors of room on theme w the jungle deco. Simply cosy and nice .will be back to stay on my next visit to Columbia

Pros: excellent hot tub, walkable distance from resturants and clubs, attentive staff.
Cons: Elevator broke and guest were not able to go up to their rooms at midnight because the staff said they did not have a key to the door. Luckily, we were on the bottom floor. No telling how many hours the guest had to wait to get to their room that night.
Also air conditioning went out twice, and while we got a letter of apology no action was taken other than that. We woke up sweating. It was due to contruction going on around the hotel but thought i should note that. Im so glad we did not have to take the elevator because it does break and that scares me not to rebook in the future. But staff was nice, and the rooms look exactly like the pictures.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some of them spoke English, and the ones who didn’t were very patient with us. Food was prepared fresh every day and was tasty. Hotel is in a great location, very close to Provenza which has a multitude of restaurants and bars. Would definitely go back!

This property was amazing! The plants everywhere sets up for a great vibe! I have never experienced such friendly staff! Everyone was amazing! Filipe, Philip and both young ladies working the front desk were absolutely amazing! All of the staff were amazing!

I took a solo trip to Medellín and staying out Selvario 36 for 5 days. Food 10/10, vibe 10/10, room service 10/10. I’m glad I chose to stay here they staff is so nice and welcoming. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to stay at this hotel. Very convenient location!

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast that we pay for the breakfast was never on time and short staff at the breakfast restaurant with tour already scheduled we never had the breakfast and not even the manager came and apologized for the situation ….

Horrible customer service. We visit Colombia regularly and were so excited to stay here. The experience with the hotel was beyond disappointing. There are many other hotels in the Medellin city that have FAR better customer service & actually value their guests.

Loved it !!!!! This hotel was EXCELLENT!!! Location was perfect. Did a solo trip and never felt alone. The staff super friendly and welcoming.
