The floor in the room had several holes. The bathtub had burn marks all over it and there was red fluid in the bottom of the tub, so did not feel comfortable taking a bath or a shower.

There were holes the quilt and was inadvertently booked for a smoker's room. I am highly allergic to that

Charged me 25 dollars for a early check in fee then after I paid that they charged me for another $50 deposit which I was told I would get back and never did because I left the room way cleaner than when I got there. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the room to feel half way ok to sleep in. I feel like I was basically robbed for 75 additional dollars that nobody from Expedia told me I would have to pay after I booked and paid the room through them

Dad had surgry asked for bottom they didnt have spent all night without tv after i went and told front desk dirtt bathroom no pillow cases on pillows i was called a liar and treated very disrespectful
