Cockroaches in bathroom

The advertisement for this hotel says they have small refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms which was not the case, we requested both and was given a fridge we had to clean out, and was not given a microwave unless we paid $6/day for our 4 day stay. The first night we were there we had sewage coming up out of the floor in the bathroom and smelled awful, the next night we stayed the room was too hot and upon moving to the last room we were in we were asked "why are you moving rooms again and why did you come here?" I've never had such awful attitude thrown at me from a business who has the issues in their establishment before as if it was my fault. Nor have I ever been charged for something that's supposed to be in the room that I'm paying for. So my husband and I had no way of hearing up any foods except to go back and forth to the office where the microwave was for free to use. There was roaches and flies in our room the first moment we stepped in and weird wet spots at the feet of the beds which I wiped up. I spent near $400 to stay in this place and couldn't relax even one night from all the noise above us and then strangers showing up looking for random people. That place isn't worth near $100 a night. I thought it would've benefit me and my husband from the heat but I should've looked for a cheaper place I could of kept us out of the heat longer with that money.

He knows a few of the workers well and a few of them also buy drugs from him. So he was mad at me and told the workers to place me on the DNR list for no reason at all !! I’m highly upset because I’m a good person and never been placed on DNR list this is crazy and I hope they will fix this and take my name off of there ASAP

Front desk lady was excellent, let me check in early since a room was available. Decided to extend my stay for an additional day.

I had a non-smoking room that could still smell weed and cigarette smoke in the room. My sink was dry slow to drain. I do have to say that the attendants there were very nice and tried to help in anyway possible. It was a very quick check-in since I paid everything online. They need to have brooms and dustpans for the tenants to use.

There were roaches all over. We got a nonsmoking room and it tracked of cigarette smoke. We washed everything before bringing it inside our home. There were brown stains all over the shower and the curtain was yellow (used to be white) and it had little hairs inside the tub. The outlets were not working either. There were people screaming all night.

A complete ghetto facility. Dogs barking all night. Live-in low income residence blasting music and arguing outside my door all night. Was charged $130 for a $40 room! Hair in the tub. Blood on the floor. Sheets had hair and looked like slept in multiple times before without washing. Uf I could have found another place I would not have stayed!!

They had no reservations for us, despite your confirmation #. And no rooms. Quite the hassle then finding another place😡 I’ll do my own booking from now on.

Never had any issues before and all of a suddenx supposedly I damaged a wall. Their staff like the maintenance crew and housekeeping people lie for only god knows why. The maintenance person immediately came to the room I checked out of with a work order to fix the shower head where it connects to wall, which in the timeframe between me checking out and housekeeping and maintenance coming to the very same room there was no way that there was time to submit a work order and process the work requested without them knowing about the damage prior to me being in that room.

About an hour later when we got back to the hotel anxious to unwind and relax after a full day of traveling. We get to our room only to see they barely were cleaning it out. Stripping sheets off bed etc. not even close to done... I assumed it to be a mix up; which it was not! Meanwhile there were people hanging around the motel everywhere, outside doors open cars smoking and hearing loud music. Just a very unfriendly environment!! After calmly explaining situation to front staff. Employee seems bewildered and calls her supervisor.... We ended up getting assigned another room, Hopeful of finally being able to unpack and unwind. We get to our new room just doors down from the first only to find it looking half put together. The beds only had sheets on them not to mention looked layed on. The fridge and microwave as well as other accomodations I payed for and booked on my reservation were lacking. Needless to say my children and I left. The office took 5 days to return my $700. When the money was automatically supposed to be credited back just as it was automatically deducted. When I inquired with management about this they were unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Would not AT ALL RECOMMEND and would not go back!! I usually enjoy Motel 6 for a economical short stay at other locations in Az

The room was not clean and was very loud with people coming outside to smoke The worker were dealing with a water leak that was fixed Lots of transients coming and going.

This is an older Motel 6, room was fairly clean but property was dirty. When I left about 4 am, I was asked for money or if I wanted to buy drugs.
