When we arrived, at 1:30 pm, there was no one at the front desk. We had to look throughout thewhole place to find someone. The room was nice but needed to be vacuumed abit better. Then when i needed a hotbath, there was no plug for the tub. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Just dont stay here.

Carpet in the room was old and musty. It just rained and there were deep pools of water in the parking lot by the building. Had to park further but still ended up walking through the puddles.

Room was fairly clean, bed was hard. Pool and spa were very clean. Front desk gal was super friendly. Overall an average hotel.

The place was dirty. The floors were sticky with multiple stains, the rooms smelled of mold, the bathroom smells like someone peed all over the floor. Everything was just dirty. Breakfast consisted of bread and waffles. The swimming pool was just as bad. Will not be returning.

Smells clean and room is clean. Very noisy, can hear everything - good thing air conditioner in room is noisy enough to drown out some of the thin walls and upstairs stomping but goes on and off a lot where it wakes you up. Breakfast options are ok but staff was tending to often to make sure enough available even in last 1/2 hr available. Did not like issue with plugging in hair straitener where it tripped breaker when I moved it and made contact- went to front desk and didnt even finish sentence where "they knew" issue saying power out. Solution they suggested was to put on low power. GFI outlet in bathroom was cracked and should have been replaced (building codes/city inspectors should make them fix this). Too afraid to use in bathroom and get reprimanded again so I plugged in room next to mirror- not easy to do and very inconvenient, and unsafe. Would love to stay here again but I shouldn't have to work around something that should be easy to fix and be safe during my stay.

It was quiet, and great place to stay.

When I went to check in, there was a lady vacuuming. She did even look at me and kept vacuuming. I rang the front bell multiple times before the manager came. Not even a hello or how can I help you, almost like what you doing here. The place is average to below average. You can tell it is dated and there were spots on the bed sheets. Easy parking and close to most things in town.

The TV reception in room 259 is terrible. Lots of snow on every channel. Very limited breakfast and not good if you are watching your carbs. The employee that check us in was very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for our needs.

Not a bad place, serve its purpose for my visit. Pool and hot tub a plus
