Modern and clean bathroom. Beds not so comfortable. Airconditioning was barely working. Nice breakfast. Great location with easy walk to central old town and many restaurants. Would have been nice with more amenities and clean mug/glass every day.

The hotel has a terrific location which is its best feature. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfast and coffees. We're just not so impressed with the lack of amenity which doesn't provide any complimentary water, coffees, tea kittle in room. The lighting design was a total oddball where the lights automatically turned on and off within seconds, totally annoying and unuseful. Having to haul our luggage after elevator stops on the 5th and room is on the 6th. Totally unappreciated for senior customers. We had booked a superior room and hauling baggage up one floor should not be considered as superior room, more like the cheapest ones!

It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! Very kind staff who went out of their way to insure we had a good experience!

Nice room overall. Great shower! Great breakfast. Window covers are very thin unfortunately made it hard to sleep past 5am.

We stayed here twice already and would definitely stay again in future when visiting Verona. The staff is really professional and friendly. They upgraded our room both times we visited. The room was clean, tidy, very modern. Bed was comfortable. There was AC in the room. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend staying there.

I requested and paid for a room with two beds, and upon arrival i was given a room with one bed. When I talked to the staff they said i did not request this, there is nothing they could do to fix this mistake, and it was my fault. I showed them my booking confirmation that showed I requested two beds, and they continued to say there was nothing they could do, they never received this request, it’s not their problem, etc. Only upon request of a partial refund for this error did the staff offer to add a second bed to my room. I had also paid for breakfast accommodations online, which the staff stated they also did not receive, and asked me to pay the addition of breakfast again.
