Okay location. The service was not good at all, we had checkout at 11:30 and couldn’t leave our luggage in the reception when our flight was later that evening, whiteout explanation. It was stop in the sink when we came there and it was not solved during our stay at all. When addressing the poor service, the hotel guy directly replied that I was rude. We do not recommend this place.

Not exactly like on the pictures, much more “tired” and not well maintained - bunch of semi broken items (drawers, furniture, even wall decorations) and semi-dirty surfaces (layer of dust on the mirror, water stains, towels with stains of usage, random hairs on the walls). The room was close to the shared bathroom and the insulation is very poor, so it was quite noisy at night and early mornings. They also provide cleaning which i didn’t want/need and there’s no way to sign it. Location is not too centric but well connected with public transport.

It’s fine, good if you are looking for cheap but don’t expect much. Shared bathrooms, door was unlocked, AC broken, noisy. Just good if you are waiting for a layover

Good location, great city view via balcony, plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Clean room and great AC - bring your own toiletries.

Rooms are comfortable, and very local Metro station really close. Just one thing to add, other guests should be advised not to use the bathroom for to long.

Great location, good service but you can hear the other guests using the bathroom and even if you have the ensuite rooms, still have to deal with hearing the other guests take their showers, chat in their rooms or even use the toilet. Not exactly romantic. The kitchen wasn't really clean either. But if your hesitating between a private room in a hostel and a proper hotel or flat rental, this is a good in-between and that exact in-between pricepoint. Service was good, location is great and we felt very safe there. There was a lot of construction, street npise as well as hearing the other guests go about their business there. I'd go back alone, but not for a romantic getaway.

Amazing place, staff was really friendly and very helpful, would recommend to anyone visting the place

I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons: - They use a passcode system to enter your room and the hotel, and changed my passcode before my checkout date, leaving me locked out of not just my room but the hotel itself. - They do not have staff onsite for check in (even during the hours they say they should have staff). So if you just arrive and try knocking, you won't be able to get inside - All the lights were off inside the hotel, I had to find my room with a literal flashlight - NLC does not have an official contact phone number (the one on Google is incorrect), meaning you can only reach them via email and they can take hours to respond, so good luck if you're locked outside The only good things were the tidiness, and the room itself being aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend overall due to the above.
