Well this hotel needs to be shut down until they can fix the roach problems smh and update the rooms ! By the time I seen active roaches it was late hours in the morning and I was disappointed and disgusted because my children was with me.

I would like to request a refund do to roach infested. I've spoken with the front desk and she said she will let maintenance know. I couldn't stay the whole night it was to many roaches crawling around,

The minute i got there with my family roaches was all over the place on my bed and i told the staff and nobody did anything about my child is disabled i ask for a accessible they still didnt give it to me when i brought it to the staff attention make it worst it was roaches in both rooms im so distugusted

At 9pm a couple staying next door were trying to open my door while I was sleeping and my daughter screamed that we were there, so the woman said somebody is there. They were drunk or high or just didnt check the door number before trying to enter or they wanted to rob. At 2:42am a drunk man was knocking on my door and I yelled at him why are you knocking on my door? And he said sorry wrong door, but he was knocking in all doors. These couple were arguing at night and making noisy like pushing a cart on the balcony. Somebody was playing very loud music on a parked car and there dogs barking also. The bed was comfortable but the noisy and people knocking at your door and trying to open your door it was something I didn't expect. When I was walking to my room there was a man looking at me and that made me feel unsafe. I locked my door very good using the 2 safe lock. I dont recommended this motel to anybody for the reasons mentioned above. I paid $80 per night (cheap). I would never stay there again. Better pay more and stay in a safer hotel.

The staff are all top-notch and very helpful respectful and very pleasant. And no pet fees is a bonus

This was a bear minimum hotel stay.

The room was roach infested. Shower door fell off while trying to open. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are friendly understanding the TV in the bed might suck a little but it still worth it they don't sit there and treat you like a stranger.

It wasn’t bad until night time when I woke up in the middle of the night I had cockroaches on my bottle of body armor and crawling up my shees needless to say I didn’t sleep the rest of the night other than that it wasn’t bad very friendly people

They don’t care about guests sleeping. People party all night and no one will tell them to stop being loud. The guy starts leaf blowing at 6 am and wakes u up. Im

Stayed here while visiting friends in Richmond. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There were some issues with the bathroom light/fan in my room, but nothing too major. I did have a random man knock on the door, but I don't fully blame the hotel for random behavior. Overall the stay was nice enough.
