The trip was for medical reasons. The room was nice but the walls are paper thin and we could hear the neighbors walking, talking and other! Not relaxing

Check in was easy. Very clean. Kind staff. Quiet. Comfortable. The coffee was great downstairs. We enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again.

An excellent light-and-bright property with a staff to match. A well laid out property with a solid and veried breakfast and an attentive staff that welcomes me with a smile any time I come through the lobby. A location with a neighborhood feel and just 2 blocks from a commuter train station and downtown Mountain View with its pedestrian street and variety of restaurants and live music. I will be returning to Palo Alto/Mountain View every week or two this fall/winter. If this hotel has availability, I will be staying here.

An excellent light-and-bright property with a staff to match. Nice quiet hotel with a 10 min walk to downtown Mountain View Castro street where all the actions are !
Complimentary breakfast is one of the better ones I have experienced . Cal train station is near by to travel either south or north without needing to drive !

When getting to the property, you have a farther drive once you get off the highway especially at night. The property was affordable since my husband and I are on a budget. The rooms were wonderful and slept amazing.

Amazing service, we asked for check out late, we got it till 1 pm without addiction fee. But we ended up left on time. Definitely we’ll come back.
