Business meeting destination. Great choice of onsite restaurants to entertain customers

Overall stay was quite good. The only problem I really had was the resort fee. Getting charged 2 days for a resort fee. The pool was only open till 6:00 and you check in at 4:00. Then you check out on your last day by 11:00 and the pool didn't open till 10:00. So where is the 2 days of resort fee?We only enjoyed the pool one day.

Took forever to get a room. And when we did, they supposedly upgraded us to the guitar Hotel….but would rather have stayed in other one by casino.
When we entered the room, expecting something spectacular, we weren’t impressed. TV was hanging off the wall….had to have someone come in to repair it, view was horrible over service tops of buildings, bathroom shower leaked into rest of bathroom and had MOLD in shower! Soaps and other toiletries were barely enough for one person!

We decided to stay the night as we had a concert at the Hard Rock Live and we just didn’t want to deal with the hassle of leaving the venue and then wasting a significant amount of time getting the car out of the garage. The concert was great but the room we were given for that night was so so, I can only assume a previous guest had left a pair of underwear drying up on the shower curtain rail which the room cleaning crew had not thrown away but the worst part was that the bed we originally were going to use the mattress was severely worn out on one side (my side) and it felt like I would roll off the bed, fortunately there was an extra bed where the mattress was a little better very

Staff has no authority, just big corporate chain with no flexibility. Large portion of the Pool area is roped off for an up charge and hours are limited

The customer service was disappointing. Waited an hour to check in. One staff did not not even acknowledge me and another staff finally helped me and she was kind. Other staff around the hotel were uninviting. The guitar outside is super cool!!! The swimming area was awesome!!! Just smelled like pee in the room I stayed in.

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are clean and bathroom is a great size. Front desk staff for check in/out very kind and welcoming. Security was awesome and vigilant, appreciated the attentiveness to hotel guest and casino guest, not allowing any wonders go up.

Beautiful property. I gave four stars instead of five stars because the room was clean to about B grade. But the accommodations are very comfortable and the common spaces just beautiful, with many amenities from the casino, pool to the shopping to the variety of restaurants.

The hotel and pools are beautiful in the inside. This add is very deceiving as it constantly shows pictures of the guitar. The room at the hard rock hotel which was where we stayed was really bad. First no fitted sheets on the bed just a regular sheet. No soap, no shampoo no conditioner. It was a room of a typical motel that I would think cost at most $150 a night. We paid $600 a night and for that money I would have thought the room would be equipped with at least the basics. We have stayed at hotels way cheaper than this and the room, the cleanliness, the attention has been exceptional. This hotel is not worth that price at all. You are better off staying at the one on front or maybe the guitar is better.

Property was great and very clean. You either received exceptional service or the complete opposite. The hotel did not accommodate our request for joining rooms, but did place us on the same floor. We did notice that the rooms next to us were not in use the entire stay.
We were surprised that there was no shuttle to and from airport or other tourist attractions with this hotel. Food was great and casino was very clean.
