La habitación muy cómoda y moderna. Baños amplios. Lavadora y secadora en el departamento. Nuestra ubicación era con vista al mar, muy lindo. Gimnasio bien equipado. Piscina linda. Valet parking ágil y servicio de playa

El departamento tenía al ingreso una falta de limpieza general. A simple vista limpio pero al mirar detalles había suciedad acumulada. Una pena ya que el departamento es muy moderno y buen ambientado. El equipamiento de la cocina, con artefactos eléctricos de primera calidad, carecía casi de utensilios para cocinar, solo contaba con una olla, una cacerola y un colador. Ni siquiera fuente para horno, destapador, cuchilla. Para cuatro teníamos dos cucharas de té, hicimos el reclamo y nunca enviaron las que faltaban. Desde el hotel nos comentaron que el reclamo debíamos hacerlo con quien habíamos hecho la reserva, es decir, con booking. Ellos no podían hacer nada. Es la primera vez que nos pasa algo así. Siempre los reclamos que hubieron que hacer fueron al establecimiento donde nos encontrábamos más allá de donde había sido hecha la reserva Tanto en piscina como playa ofrecían toallas pero se agotaban casi instantáneamente y tardaban en reponerlas Lo último y de mayor molestia. Estuvimos ubicados en el piso 33 y desde ahí se sentía un ruido constante y persistente de las refrigeraciones de los aires acondicionados del hotel vecino. Esto durante todo el día y noche. Con ventanas cerradas se sentía y al querer salir al balcón el ruido era insoportable

Perto da praia, perto de supermercado, lojas e restaurantes. Piscina e áreas de lazer

Os elevadores demoram muito. As áreas dos andares, tipo corredores, fedem.

The company who provides beach chairs and towels for the hotel will chase you down to get their towels. The hotel nor the company explained their policies. I just wish they would’ve been upfront.

I was clean.

It was safe, no one could enter without a card. It was clean and had great swimming pool and gym

How roomy they are

The place is great. There is definitely a walk to the beach, instructions are not clear during check in. Have in mind there is a hike to get to the beach, beach service is included only 2 lounge chairs and 4 towels per day. Cleaning service is NOT included DURING your stay, you are guaranteed a clean apartment on check in and you need to upkeep the cleaning during your stay. Also the only cleaning supplies you get is ONE tablet for the dishwashing machine, two little pouches for laundry and a small shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for each bathroom

Completely appalled at the pricing scheme. Place was supposed to be "all inclusive" of fees, which is why a 4 night $833 stay, would go all the way up to $1300 aprox with all taxes and fees (including parking (35 per day), resort fees(35 per day), beach service AND cleaning service (140-150) Total stay ended up being about $1600 for 4 nights with a $203 per night charge so have in mind it ended up being about DOUBLE from what you are quoted. I was upcharged for parking and cleaning fees extra. Definitely NOT ok considering the higher taxes compared to other listings were supposed to include ALL FEES. Definitely looking for other options next time, this building is completely rented out through booking and other sites so have this in mind, and the place on itself is great but NOT comfortable considering you cannot use the oven since there is no oven dish, and cleaning supplies are not available yet there is no cleaning service until you checkout. I am NOT happy with how I was cornered at check in with no empathy whatsoever, and I never got the details for my checkout because "system was down". I was requested an email to get the details for my fees and email never arrived, I only see my charge on my amex statement with no explanation whatsoever as to why I´m being charged an extra 300 to 400 dollars upwards from what I was supposed to be charged as advertised on booking.
