It was an excellent value for the money and close to London bridge

They told me that they would require a 150 deposit and referred me to an atm machine which they had in the lobby. The pressured me into pulling it out cash and would refund it the next day. I found out that the owner of the franchise owns the atm machine and that particular atm fee is 5 dollars. I find the whole experience to be suspicious and I will never return to this motel 6 they were hostile to me when I questioned them about this practice. Disappointed beyond belief…

Overall very quiet. The beds were clean. We had a dog with us, so we were on the first floor ( dog floor). A plus that there is no additonal fee for the dog. If the motel was renovated at some point it could us a good refresh. The bathtub was not in good condition, Cracked, stained and burned with cigarettes. The shower curtain was dirty and hung so low it was in the tub about 4 inchs. The rubber baseboards were peeling off the walls around the entire room. The bathroom door needed painted or replaced due to damage. Cords and cables from the tv hanging loose on the walls. Usb or mor outlets needed. A good room refresh is needed.

Nice, clean, and comfy. Kay was excellent and got our special request taken care of easily. She was awesome. Looks like it's been remodeled recently and the rooms are great. Very close to attractions and restaurants. Well worth the price. Will definitely stay here again.

They kept my deposit. They said it takes 10 day to get it back. It’s been 10 day no refund. I didn’t even stay in the room the night I was there just the shower the next day.

The front desk lady was very nice at check in, the room was newly remodeled & clean BUT…no elevator so we had to carry all our stuff up. We were lucky enough to be in a no pet area (which you had to pay more for so that felt backwards) because you could hear dogs barking as we walked through the first floor. There was no mention of no boat parking in the location details which I think is quite important considering you’re in Lake Havasu. The shower was oddly shaped & super small & we only had 2 towels provided. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

This is darn near the only Motel 6 I will stay at usually they are overran by loud patrons and riffraff. For a single mom this was a nice inexpensive experience. Just a quick pass through my son and I were exhausted. I am assuming it was the owner a lovely woman who was very kind at check in. The only downfall no elevator (I believe that is normal for Motel 6)
