This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The man at the front desk, Christopher, was rude and lied about room availability. When asked to change our room he stated there were none available. Upon entering our room it was deplorable. Trash. Smeared fluids on the walls. Beds messed up. Dirt. Rotting food. And the most horrendous smell of decomposition and cigarettes. When confronting Christopher with the room conditions and videos of them, he replied “so you’re just trying to get a different room”. I informed him I expected a clean room and he said he would need to “downgrade me” to accommodate us. He did not offer an apology or refund of any kind. The new room assignment lacked heating and air conditioning, hadn’t been wiped down, and had fresh paint on the walls. There were “no other rooms available” so we were stuck breathing in paint fumes and freezing in 46° weather.

When you pulled the towels out you could see a buildup of dust/dirt the floors were dirty. You couldn’t walk around in bare feet otherwise you’d feel stuff on them and your feet got dirty. I have pictures of the filth but can’t figure out how to get them uploaded from mymphone

Well soon after we got to our room, i noticed a leak in the bathroom shower, up in the ceiling. We had already unloaded our stuff from the car. So I went to the office, they gave us a different room. We slept the night there, and noticed the next day that the toilet wasn't flashing so we went to the office and told them about it. They said that they have no maintenance person available. So in the mean time i seen one of the maids and asked her for a plunger. We tried that and no luck. So went back to to office and told them that we would be gone for a couple of hours and if they could fix the problem. Well when we finally got back, checked our toilet a d it was the same. They didn't do anything to it. So we went back to the office and see what they could offer us since we had one more night there. We told them to give us another room with a king size bed. Which they did. The room was ok until i sat on the bed. I sat on the mattress and there was A big dip in it.
It was a very uncomfortable to sleep on.
We've gone in the past to this motel and it was always good, no problems.

It was filthy. The room had several issues. It smelled because of the clogged shower and sink. The AC was dripping in another room on the floor.

Dirty uncomfortable beds just look nasty, shower had weird stains, towels where dirty.When we how inside it stinked like wet dog. At night you hear banging until like three am. The only good thing is the tv. Definitely a last resort hotel. Check in said 3pm arrived at 3 pm and was told rooms were not ready and was denied use of a bathroom for my daughter. Gave phone number to call when room was ready at 6pm we tried again had to wait a minute and room was given to us.
Rude customer service every time we interacted with them. Definitely will NEVER stay there again.
