If you are simply looking for a room, this place is ok. However, rooms are severely outdated, small, shower is tiny, needs significant renovation. I would not stay there again.

Bathroom is tiny — but rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and there’s a wonderful breakfast place across the street. Not picturesque but fine.

Convenient electrical outlets for electronics. Great location with many dining options. Bed/pillows comfortable. Clean full bathroom with soap, shampoo/condition, ample towels, extra toilet paper, tissues. Ample parking right in front of our rooms. One level means no one stomping above you, and I heard nothing from neighbors or traffic. No free breakfast, but you should really take advantage of the many breakfast places in Great Barrington which is just down the road - in addition ones closer on Rt 7.

Great stay for 4 nights while attending a music festival 30 minutes away in NY. 2 Queen room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet regarding units on either side. Some road noise but not horrible. Definitely take eye masks for lights. Pleasant and helpful owner and staff.

Mold on the ceiling of the room, clogged toilet and bathtub. Very dirty bathroom with hair everywhere. The hotel stinks! It looks beautiful in the pictures but inside it's not worth $50 a night! I took my girlfriend for a weekend in the area and had the worst experience for paying $200 a night.

I stay there a lot. A few times a year. It is convenient to all the events in the Berkshires. A very convenient location and parking with basically NO hassle.
