A couple of days escape to the south coast with family. It is great to get a full apartment on short notice. The kitchen was useful but not fully supplied with kitchen knives and other utensils, but functional for the two days. The pity is it is right on the Princes Highway for traffic noise is an issue. But overall, functional, warm and roomy. Good value at the price.

Easy to miss entry, no general reception. Had to enter & check-in via bottleshop. Room was very basic. Not set up very well. TV wasn't connecting to all channels or wifi for streaming options. We ended up being moved to room next door. Much better room & TV worked properly. Beds were comfortable & shower was good.

great simple stop for travellers. value for money was good, service was good besides the cranky room cleaner in the morning. stick to the basic pub food (steaks, pizza, schnitzel) the rest is a little average.

The oaks was great value for money, bed was comfy and aircon was great, I slept very well.
The road wasn’t too noisy, and having the pub next door as well as fast food and service station was very convenient. All of the staff were lovely and were very helpful.
I would definitely stay again.
