We had an absolutely phenomenal time at the Patio Hotel. My husband and I went with our two young children (11m and almost 3yo). Our accomodation was basically an appartrment and had EVERYTHING we could need for two kids. I can't tell you what a relief staying here was, to know your needs were looked after. Special shoutout to the staff who ran the kids club - so warm and energetic with my children as well as to the manager who checked in on us several times. But all the staff was perfectly lovely. The facilities were beautiful, clean, the pool amazing, the food amazing (like duck a l'orange was served as a lunch option one day). A 15/10 experience. I wish we had stayed longer.

The hotel is marked as a 4* which it isn't but it is a fantastic 3* Would definitely recommend it for anyone but particularly young families. We went as a family (our daughter and husband and our 1 year old granddaughter) The vast majority of staff were 10/10. There was the odd one or two bad apples but they were drowned out by the good. The hotel is immaculately clean. By far the biggest reason why it's not a 4 star is the choice of food and quality of alcoholic drinks. Please don't misunderstand me, the food choice was ample for our needs but there is a big difference. The food was well presented and cooked and the dining area clean and spacious. The quality of the drinks/alcohol was a little disappointing. Most cocktails and drinks in general were diluted down. There are 2 good sized pools but not enough sunbeds which only encourages "get your towel in it first thing behavior" Definitely recommend it but go knowing that it's a 3* and you'll definitely get great value for money. Not withstanding everything above we would of happily visit again. Albuferia is worth a visit as is the classy Vilamoura with it's marina.

A beautiful hotel, well kept grounds. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a very useful free shuttle service to local areas and a beautiful beach.

It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was varied, fresh, and really enjoyable. The pool did get a lot busier our last few days as the weekend and school holidays started. Last 2 days there were too many inflatables and ball games in the south pool, which had been quiet. But everything else was really great.

What a gem of a place. We wish we discovered this spot earlier in our trip. Big, clean , spacious apartments . The staff are SO lovely and helpful they make everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this spot. Oh and the nearby beaches… out of this world! We hope to return one day.

We stayed for a week the hotel was okay, the staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive. The hotel apartments were good with an aircon, good kitchen, shower has pressure and nice balcony. The only downside was the meals, the breakfast needs improvement it would be nice to have more continental options and improve the quality of the food and drinks.

The receptionist both on night and the morning were extremely helpful. They gave us very good insight and tips on what to do locally. They made our trip even better. even suggested good local restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and great for a longer stay.

Good variety for breakfast. Staff was great. Pillows were not super comfortable. 15 minute walk to Falesia beach.

Great little hotel Fabulous large rooms. Helpful friendly staff and exceptionally clean Public stash are contemporary and make for a stylish break Food great. Service great Location a bit rural for me but free shuttle to beach and not too far from Albufeira and Vilamoura
