The property itself was great. A new building it seemed. The restaurant was good.
The surrounding area had a lot of homeless people around if. It’s not area you would go walking around.

Was advised to complimentary checkout at 2:30pm but day of manager said they charge after 12:30pm and thats the best they can do regardless of what receptionist offered

Very nice newer property. Room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and new. Property itself is quite secure. Very convenient to the sky train making access to downtown Vancouver and other attractions quite easy.
With the University on one side and the train on the other noise can be a bit of an issue though it’s not horrible.
A couple small items that need attention. The coffee maker wasn’t brewing full cups - likely needed to be descaled. The bathroom sliding door can get caught. I can see it becoming a problem especially as the wheels move less freely and the tracks become bent over time.
