It’s a very basic Hotel. Yes there are some letdowns and parking is a problem but it’s well priced and midway between Belmont and Swansea and it’s always clean. I’ve been here about half a dozen times on fishing trips and have no problem with it.

Great location by lake? Bit of traffic noise in front rooms but ok with door closed. Good value. Large room with spa bath and balcony.

The room was clean. After a long day travelling from Melbourne the shower was only luke warm bordering on cold.

Room was near the highway and very loud. Room was separated by internal door and the neighbours rattled that door at 11 pm waking me up (as a single female traveller this was terrifying). The neighbours then proceed to talk loudly which sounded like they were in the room due to zero sound proofing. Not close to restaurants/ grocery stores and view is of a wall. Very expensive for a motel and would not recommend.

At 5.30 on Sunday morning, someone began rattling bottles in the kitchen or hallway and around half hour later doors and keys were being opened and closed all up and down the hallway. Our room was not clean. We had two beds, the king bed pillows and top of bed was covered in dust so we could not sleep in it. The coffee mugs in the cupboard were still dirty, coffee all down the sides of the cups. We could write our name in the dust on our bedside table and alarm clock. Very disappointing for our one night away. I would expect this from a $100 per night motel !!

Really enjoyed staying here. Room had balcony with views across to the lake. Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. The pool was a pleasant start to the day.

Nice view. The staff not available on Sunday. The room needs a revamp. Thin door on connecting room could hear next doors conversations. Have stayed in other rooms here that had been updated much better.
