Clean and comfortable accommodation. A great location within walking distance of city centre. Quiet although close to the road. Staff were obliging and room was serviced which is becoming rare these days. Bed was terrific. A hot tap over the sink would be great.

An okay spot for one night. Room was small and a bit tired. Check in was terrible as we were advised to call ahead due to it being a public holiday. However the call went to voicemail and no one called back. When we arrived the front office was in darkness and we didn’t know how to get our room key. It turned out that a staff member was in the office but with no lights on! He didn’t seem to know about the advice we had been given about calling ahead to arrange check in, but did say that the phone was playing up. This was all quite stressful after a long day of driving and not a great first impression.

Stayed here twice in the last 3months. Convenient location as close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and you have the basic necessities you need :)

Great location.
Sadly it was full of trade people staying overnight and lots of cars were starting up early and driving out. Also, next room had a heavy smoker who smoked outside his room but the smoke made its way into our room (under the door) and he was playing music on his phone - at 4AM. Next night was fine.

Really happy with my stay here. It was very clean, and oh my gosh, the bed is the most comfy I've slept on at a hotel! Amazing!

Considering they state they have contract cleaners, the place could do with a good overall clean, it could also do with a considerable amount of updating as it's looking very old. I stayed 2 nights, upon returning after work my door had been left unlocked, unimpressed with this as I had stock and my computer in the room, the second day I had some meetings with a co-worker so left my car there and intended on coming back and having a shower before the 10am check. I got back at 9 and cleaners had already stripped my room. On both occasions reception was apologetic and acknowledged there had been problems with a number of doors due to the dry weather, if this was a know issue the cleaners should be making sure they lock the doors.
