Staffs are amazing. The bed is super comfortable, bathroom looks modern, nice and clear!

Staff where absolutely brilliant, rooms where excellent and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Also provided a free windscreen wash to top off a brilliant stay

Good parking. Nice outdoor area. Motel management are genuine, natural and very welcoming. Room is nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is 9 out of 10 (just needs a new tap cover plate). Two things that were a little annoying - 1. No plates in the room and 2. The cleaner entered whilst I was having breakfast in the lobby well before checkout. But very happy and will come back again.

Awesome got complimentary cleaning of my car windscreen...it looks better in real life than on the photos, I have never encountered that!! the outdoor deck is a stunner!

Found the room very pleasant. Unfortunately the aircon was dead. Spoke to reception who acknowledged the issue immediately and advanced me to a larger room. I was booked for 1 night. When I arrived I asked for 2and the manager moved mountains to ensure I was looked after.

Comfortable hotel. Has just renovated and some of the renovations are poor. Noted especially small step into bathroom caught us out each time, water leaking from shower onto bathroom floor, ill fitting carpet, dangerous height from parking area up to some rooms - needs a rail.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location, close to cafes and short stroll to the town centre. The room had been recently upgraded, and was comfortable, clean and modern, with good amenities, including a small kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Room very small but suited the quick stay

Room small and not secure. Bathroom window had no lock and could not be left open when bathroom in use because of privacy. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Good secure WiFi. Worth 2.5 stars only.

We stayed here on the way to Queensland and the room was very clean, comfortable and close to the shops.

The motel is currently being renovated but this is not going to alter the size of the room.The room was far too small to have a queen size bed, it is big enough for a single only.The bathrooms are also very small

Haven't been for 4 years and I was impressed. Motel has since been taken over by new owners who have renovated and the rooms now look amazing compared to before. The renovations look really good. The staff that we met were all friendly an helpful, and the rooms were kept in immaculate condition. The price has risen since my last visit, but for the state of the rooms, and the fantastic location (Not even 2 minute walk from the city centre) it is still definitely more than worth the price. Next time I come down I will definitely continue my bookings at this motel

Room was clean and tidy. Looks to have been recently refurbished. However water from the shower spilled out all over the floor and the air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off. Definitely needs to be serviced or repaired!

The room was recently renovated and nicely appointed although very small, making it difficult to move about in. The bed was comfortable and a large TV gave good reception. There were no chairs in the room, which was inconvenient, and the fold-down table that was attached to the wall, could not be accessed because the fridge was in front of it, making it totally useless. The new bathroom was modern and clean, however the shower leaked every time it was used and flooded the floor. Reception was not open when we left in the morning and was closed again when we returned in the afternoon so we were unable to notify them of the flooding in the bathroom, which we mopped up with towels. Very disappointing.
