Fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The hotel's atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and inviting. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility. The common areas were equally impressive, offering a blend of elegance. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The dining experience was also exceptional. The restaurant featured a seasonal menu that showcased the freshest and most delicious local produce. The Bistro Restaurant was unfortunately awful. The service was extremely bad and my wife ordered an entrecote whih was not edible. Breakfast service was extremely slow, we had to wait 40 mins toget some bread. The Champagne we ordered and drank before dinner - splendid view btw - was hevaily overpriced for what it was, EUR 35/glass for a mediocre Champagne.

Because of an injury the first room wasnt suitable for my wife - stairs to the bedroom. Reception immediately found a beautiful room - a clear up grade. They were kind & helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Even in winter we had a lovely time.

This place is remarkable! Gorgeous property and rooms (we stayed in the large apartment); beautiful region and views. Very, very clean. Just perfect.

Pros: The hotel is in an amazing quiet area. Very peaceful and absolutely breathtaking hills, lavender...It’s a 15 minute walk to Bonnieux a charming simple and quiet village. Also, 15 minute drive to Lourmarin, a more vibrant village with a great little center with restaurants and shops. The room was great, super comfortable for our family of 4. Breakfast, pricey but worth it. CONS: 1. it is not SMOKE FREE hotel as listed on Expedia. We chose this hotel because it said smoke-free and my husband is very sensitive to smoke and we found that you can smoke anywhere in the hotel premises except inside. Therefore, the pool area, the beautiful terraces and gardens were taken by smokers. Secondly, the restaurant (La Bergerie) is all open so you have people sitting right next to you that are smoking even if you are inside. 2. La Bergerie- we wanted to have lunch here and the table next to us was smoking so we ask if it was possible to close the window so we could eat without the smoke in our face and they said no. We also tried to have dinner and although there were few people having dinner they said that we could not have dinner there which if you are staying at the hotel the only place to eat. We end up not been able to eat dinner at all because they said they could fit us at 9:30 but our kids were tired. This is a big issue because there is no place to eat at all, you can’t buy a baguette down the street or a snack bar. Also, the manager at The Bergerie was very rude.

Great hotel. So pretty. Their is a restaurant waiter who can speak English. He is so friendly and helpful. Love this hotel

We arrived in the dark in pouring rain and were greeted by a receptionist who met us at the car with umbrellas and showed us directly to our room. The room was very elegant and spacious. One improvement we could suggest is some rugs on the tile floors which were very cold. The grounds were beautiful.

Hotel is a great hotel yet the service was very very poo. we were not even able get get a bottle of water while at the pool. they claimed that they didn't serve after 2pm. expected more from this property.

I believe they where shorrt staffed. The Room was a good size room however the AC wasn’t enough to fill the room. Besies that the room was full of Flies and other insects which made annunoleasant stay. The food is great and the property is beautiful.

It was an amazing stay and we definitely would like to revisit! The staffs were friendly, the guy at the reception was very kind and helpful, we originally booked different rooms that were apart but he offered to put us next to each others which we appreciate a lot! The hotel was beautiful and the room was modern and cosy with a lovely garden view. We also enjoyed the hotel swimming pool and a nice sunbath. There were two bike rental shops in Bonnieux centre which we didn't find many in other towns. We did 4 hours biking, along the way we found lots of beautiful lavender fields as well as grape and cherry fields, there wasn't much traffic I guess it because Bonnieux is a smaller quieter town and so you can enjoy the riding, the view was just amazing! it was one of the best experience we had.

As a relais & chateux hotel, it ticks all the boxes. Hilltop view with well maintained grounds, two restaurant options (bistro and michelin started fine dining restaurant) and a lovely pool (though unheated). We would’ve loved to stay an extra night or two.

Wonderful restaurant with amazing menu. .It is a must to have at least one dinner here! Lovely pool and gardens .Only downside was poor internet access in some parts of the hotel and in some rooms which didn't matter to us but did to others.
