This is our 3rd time staying here and it gets better each time. The only down side was they are doing renovations and the bar area was closed off. We really like the bar! We really was looking forward to that!

Overall this is a good hotel. I was disappointed in the service. Felt understaffed. Waited a long time until someone was even at the desk to check me in and when tried calling the front desk from the room, no one would pick up the phone.

I had a pretty decent balcony view! I originally booked a king bed and when I got to my room it was a double queen after being at a wedding all night I wasn’t going to complain but that’s my only reason for not giving the full 5 stars. If I’m paying $400 for one night I expect to receive the room I originally book.

The stay was OK the only day that we did not enjoy was on the day we checked in and we were on the elevator coming from outside and a man approached us and stood over him like he wanted to attack him or something he said this is how we do things we did let the staff know but no one got back with us. It’s been over a week and we have not heard anything back from the manager that was on site at check out

My second trip do Dallas TX and this hotel was my second time to. Everything at this hotel is excellent. Location on the lake, very beautiful and super clean prosperity and bigs rooms. The view from the room was spectacular. The most important the people working there… wow all of them are hight quality service experience with smile to serve anything you need. Perfect place for family trip, business and pleasure trip all together in one place! Super place for walk and relax. Will be back to Dallas in couple weeks. It is 30-40min drive from the airport. Service, room dinning and pool first class. I hope for more hotels like this Hilton! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It started out awful. The hotel stated they did not have the room type I reserved at the property. Alec worked with us and found a suitable solution. Our room was clean and met our needs.

Location is everything for this hotel! Views are stunning and is 100% walkable. We parked the truck and did not drive all weekend. We walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, sunset cruise, and the movies! Definitely recommend Huckabee Coffee and a sunset cruise with DFW Boat Cruises. All the main areas of the hotel are stunning. The elevators were always dirty and stunk. The workout room smelled better than the elevators! The rooms were okay but in our room there were horrible wallpaper seams that were peeling, mismatched art and furniture pulls and the bathrooms were by far the worst part. Shower was dirty and you couldn’t even get in the shower without opening the main door all the way to get in, then shutting it to open the shower door. The shower doors were extremely hard to open and the grout lines were brown and dirty. Also gave a four star for eco friendliness as there were no refillable water stations, only plastic water bottles. Rookie move on our part to assume that the paid or valet parking were the only options. There is free parking adjacent to the hotel so save that money! Overall, great location and will definitely stay again!

Asked the barista for creamer. She hands me a quart of Great Value half and half that had expired a week ago. Any one of these experiences in isolation would have been shrugged off - but the end to end experience shows a lack of attention to detail and customer service that I expect from Hilton.

Every thing was great. From check in to breakfast to needing more towels to checking out! Saturday night they played a movie by the pool which was amazing with the kids. Can’t wait to stay again!

Went for a girls trip. The location is key. You can walk to everything. The pool was pretty cloudy and had vonitung in it from the day before. The staff was okay. Front desk I was NOT a fan at check or out. I coukdnt get anyone on the phone fron the front desk. The pool bar staff were AMAZING!
