Noise above me was loud past 11pm I thought these were soundproof rooms. Needs a much better breakfast.

Overall the hotel was fine. But…our room was located DIRECTLY across from the elevator. The door to our room had gaps! Gaps that let light and SOUND in throughout the night at a more more disturbing rate than if it would’ve been sealed properly. Also, the internal “ding” of the elevator is set waaay too loud! It could be heard in our room over the tv. We tried to set the fan so it would drown out the extra noise but it wouldn’t keep running.
Like I said the hotel was fine. Had stayed there before with no problem. But this room with the location and GAPS in the frame of the door made for some very sleepless nights…

Staff was awesome and accommodating and the property is well maintained. The only thing I did not like was the smells within the halls. They were pretty bad. There needs to be better circulation. There was no specific time of day or night, just throughout my stay.

Room was spacious, the attendant who checked us in was ver professional and has excellent customer service. We would stay here again. It’s walking distance to Kaiser hospital where my mom is at. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
