The young guy at the service desk was super nice.
The room was tiny but quiet. You're only there to sleep anyway, right? The bed was comfortable. There is plenty of lighting. The shower's water pressure was mediocre at best. The Hil Air Force base Tru had GREAT water pressure.

the room was nice and clean. and looks new. not really walkable but convenient access to freeway. this is perfect for a quick stay. we could hear noise from the room on top of us unfortunately. but it quieted down after a few hours. breakfast was good.

The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. The room did not have a coffee maker, which is a deal breaker for any future stay. We had a King room and it was a tight fit.

Easy and convenient quick one night stay on road trip. Comfortable. Only complaint is the soaps in bathroom were nearly out - were not refilled.

Customer service was excellent, very nice and hospitable.
Only downfall was the huge pot whole in the parking lot. Bigger than a truck tire. Everything else was nice. Would stay again.

We weren’t there long. Room was modern and fun. Breakfast buffet was good and crawling with military people. We took advantage of the laundry facilities. Indoor pool was good but overpowering with chlorine.

We were very disappointed with this particular concept. The furnishings were few and unattractive. Basic amenities in the room were absent. It would have been okay if this were a cut rate offering, but the price was that of a comfortable, attractive hotel room. Definitely not a hotel we chose again.

The first room that they had assigned, the toilet would not fill up. They would not just assign us another room without calling someone to get permission. After an hour they finally gave us another room but not without us threatening to leave. The thermostat did not work and you had to manually adjust the AC.
