I needed a place to spend the night on a long drive. This place was quite comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom immaculate. The bed was comfy though as another review said it was a little high. I had to climb to get into it. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast was adequate but could have used more fruit. I did come down near the end though. The location was very convenient. It was close to downtown where ibmet a friend for dinner. It was also easy to get on and off the expressway and easy to get gas. I would stay here again

Check in was strange because there were issues with the guest before us and the technology was not working correctly. It was loud in the room because of trucks next door. Light could not be kept out of the room. However, the size of the room was good and TV worked well. The refirgerator did not work hardly at all. The room was clean and the restroom was well stocked.

Quick trip to knoxville chose to stay here based off location to neyland and prior reviews. Easy check in and out. Suite had enough room for 4. Will stay here again

Doors didn't work, had to have key cards replaced at least 4 times and still door wouldn't lock when leaving until 4th day when maintenance repaired it. Room carpet needed shampooing. Hotel has hidden charges for each reservation (we had to make 2). Still waiting to hear back from hotel as to why these charges were made.

It was a very nice stay and quiet we were by the elevator and heard nothing. I give it an 8 out of 10

Everything was good minus o went to take a bath and the tub was nasty. It had dust that was like a film on tub because wasn’t cleaned and the dust was getting wet and so was drying to tub. Otherwise the room was clean.

We made our reservation online a couple of weeks before our stay. However, as our party of four were minutes from arriving we were contacted, stating they could not honor our reservation. We were told because we lived closer than 50 miles we weren't eligible for accommodations due to the owners policy. Obviously this was highly stressful with a non refundable room and no alternative. Fortunately I was able to get the manager to agree to let us stay as we were going to a non profit fundraiser soon after arriving. This arbitrary policy should be known through the hotel website as well as 3rd party vendors who book on their behalf. The staff and accommodations themselves were fine but I wouldn't stay again otherwise as a Chioce member.

Accommodations were very meh... Not fabulous, but not the worst. The room was clean. The A/C was weird -, well, there's the wall unit that most of the mid-tier hotels have. Those A/Cs are usually operated by nobs, but there was a thermostat hidden in the room and it's location wasn't super noticeable or obvious. But I guess I could've looked harder. Breakfast was acceptable, though, it lacked options for protein-, since I'm on a special diet that was extra disappointing. My flight arrived early in the morning. Every other hotel chain that I usually stay in like the Hyatt or Marriott or even Holiday will bend over backwards to get me checked into a room earlier in the day. Not this property. It was about 9 or 10am when I arrived, the front desk lady told me that I could wait with my belongings in the lobby until 3 o'clock. The listing says that the location is downtown- it's not. But because of that, I didn't initially order a rental car. After taking a Lyft 25 minutes to this hotel from the airport, I ended up having to get another Lyft to take me over to the Budget rental car place up the road. Just so that I could at least go do something until the afternoon when I'd be able to check in. Is it the property's fault that I arrived early? No. But could they have done something to make sure my stay was not marked by this inconvenience? Absolutely. There were no real issues with it. A friend of mine pointed out that I guess I'm just used to bougier hotels. So, 3 stars...
