Went for the Witches Paddle (EPIC event) under the London Bridge and the Heat Hotel was the Perfect location to stay at the iconic London Bridge and be right on the Water on the English Channel. There is always so much to do in Lake Havasu City - Michael C., needs a huge shout out !!! all the staff was very accommodating... UNTIL Next Time Magical Havasu!!! Peace Out

We love the Heat Hotel and stay here every time in Havasu for a few days! We didn't travel with our dogs this trip, but they are SO dog friendly, which we appreciate greatly! From check in, to maid service, to check out, the service was impeccable. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable and HUGE! Every room has a stunning view of the London Bridge and the beautiful channel and is walkable to EVERYTHING! For us, there isn't another hotel in Havasu that can beat The Heat (pun intended)!

We have stayed at Lake Havasu several times in the past, but always thought this hotel would be out of our budget. Surprisingly, it was not. The location is perfect right at the London Bridge. They offer boat slips. Just steps away from your room. The staff was wonderfully welcoming. What an amazing stay!!!

Bed was squeaky. Room was clean enough but could have been cleaner in the bathroom floor. Coffee in room was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Balcony was a nice feature. $35 for early check in (before 2pm) but worth it for us to get out of the heat.

This was our 2nd time staying at The Heat. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location on the channel can't be beat! We also love that the whole property is pet friendly!

This property is a 3 star hotel at best. Make sure you bring your own soap. Have to call down to have your room cleaned. Great location; right on the "London Bridge" and close to good restaurants.

I loved this room and the area. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The view of the London Bridge from our room was AMAZING! If it had been cooler, I would have spent the night on the balcony enjoying the view. Luckily, the same amazing view was in the VERY comfortable and spacious room. Will definitely come back again.
