A comfortable stay close to train station. I might worry about it being too hot during the summer, as the room got very stuffy in April (hopefully they have AC, but I couldn't figure it out while there). That being said, I would not warn off people who want to stay here. It really is a very decent hotel for the price, so I could wholeheartedly recommend it.

This place should not be a 4 star hotel. Everything in my room was broken. The sofa bed was broken the cabinets for my clothes were broken too. They Wouldn’t close. The AC was at the lowest on full blast and it was still mid 80s. All in all I stayed because I wouldn’t get a refund. But if I could have cancelled in a heartbeat. Sorry

I was expecting a better accomodation, the following things are the most annoying ones I have experienced: - no bedside alarm clock - no bedside power sockets, except the ones used for the lamps..so you have to disconnect the lamp to charge your device... - the kettle on the table has no easy access to a power socket..i had to put the kettle on the floor more than 1 meter away from the table to find one... - the shower has no glass or curtain, looks unfinished. - I asked for an iron and an ironig table..the iron was damaged and leaking a water from the bottom. Not safe to use and not ok to offer to a customer. - the cleaning personnel entered in the room without even knocking at the door to make sure if anyone was in, that's unpleasant. - the whole feeling in the room was not being adapted to the customer's wellbeing and comfort, surely not in the 4 stars range. - the breakfast quality was also very average, with some old fruit (kiwi) that was offered again the morning after, and an overall basic selection that feels like on the cheap side. For 22 Euros per person not worth it. - overpriced for what it is. - On a positive note: all the people working there were very nice and friendly and the location is good.

Disappointing Hotel and definitely not worth the stay. Upon arrival we did not have any towels in our room and we had upgraded our room. There was no iron or "do not disturb" sign so we were interrupted on our first nights stay! We did not have any information package so had to call the number on their website.

We were arriving into Nice late at night and booked a last minute room at Hotel Montaigne so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way to our first holiday spot in Cassis in the middle of the night. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. It didn’t really reflect the photos displayed, however I t was fine for what we needed it for. A few points to mention: - The towels in our bathroom didn’t appear clean and looked quite worn out (I.e. were discoloured and had holes) - The door to our room didn’t lock correctly, which was a little worrying - As we were arriving later at night, I had called ahead to flag this with reception and also to check whether it would still be possible to access the car park we had reserved for our stay, of which they said was completely fine. When we did arrive, we were notified that the parking could no longer be accessed and that we’d need to seek other offsite parking options. This was rather frustrating given we had previously called to check and it was just after midnight when we were arrived, however in saying this, the night concierge was incredibly helpful and was able to provide us with suitable options close by.

My family and I stayed in Cannes, France for our summer vacation. This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. An excellent staff member named Yasmín, made sure that our stay was perfect. She was always smiling, very professional, and super helpful with any questions or needs that we had during our stay. Another excellent employee named Alireza cooked us beautiful and delicious meals at the hotel’s beautiful restaurant. He was also very kind, helpful and courteous. The whole staff was excellent and always greeted us with a smile and a bonjour :) They helped us whenever we needed help and they also helped us with our French language learning! That was awesome:) It also made us feel super comfortable and welcome. This hotel is beautiful with a beautiful spa and pool that we loved swimming in with our young son everyday. Every area in this hotel is kept impeccably clean. Our room was beautiful with super comfortable beds and furniture and was also very functional. The air conditioning in our room and in the hotel works excellently and it was always very comfortable there. This is a five star hotel in all aspects. We absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back again for another stay one day!
