The check-in process was a breeze. The front desk attendant was very friendly, even providing me with a free water bottle. The room was also spotless, quiet and comfortable.

Everything was perfect very clean inside and out beds are very comfortable plenty of parking space and plenty of restaurants to choose from around at walking distance. Very convenient

I was taking my 96 year old mom with a walker to a reunion. I studied each motel to find the best accessible room with shower. I decided yours was the best. Ck in.. ask.. do we have handicap shower… yes…
When we get in I see it’s a bathtub shower, but does have bars. She could not use it… so wash rag baths.
She got trapped in bathroom due to it being too narrow for the walker.
After I got it out she backed in every time.
We managed.. so weren’t going to complain. Upon leaving I noticed the room across the hall had wheelchair logo, ours didn’t
The lady at checkout asked if all was ok, so I told her we were disappointed in the accessible.
She stated they only had one room and if it was already taken we couldn’t get it. I asked her why they took the reservation and that I asked when we checked in. She kept stating he was new and didn’t know what he was doing.
I said we did it online… she looked at it and insisted I didn’t. I told her I had researched very hard before booking it.
She kept stating we had hearing accessible.
I absolutely did not appreciate her lack of customer service at all she was quite short.

The property was very clean. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a minor issue (refrigerator was out) in the first room and they were nice enough to move me to another room. The pool is indoors. The hot breakfast in the morning was great!

The front desk staff - not all of them say’s Hi or Welcomes you, though those who cleans the room are awesome. The breakfast food - some of them did not taste fresh.
