It was so noisy! There were loud conversations in the hallway, running kids, barking dogs, and I could even; hear snoring. Clearly, this place has zero soundproofing which is needed as people come here to sleep! While there weren't any other issues this kind of noise means I'd never stay there again.

I was hopeful, but sadly disappointed. The hotel is only 2 years old and it already looks 20 years worn down. The fabrication looks very amateurish and drywall repairs unfinished. The floors are already creeking/cracking like an old farmhouse floor would. The shower was incredibly disappointing, like a dribbles of water and the water took forever to get to warm - not hot, but warm.

My room was switched from what I booked and there was nothing I could do about it and was not componsated for the change

The hotel seems pretty new I love the EV car charger, the staff were nice , breakfast is just Ok, the room was very clean, the sink in washroom was blocked I asked to have a look we came back at night it was even worst I called they told they didn’t have the part even I told them at 4 pm , they told I have no other option other than wait, in the morning finally Bryce upgraded our room.
So Meaning if I hadn’t tried my self They wouldn’t even follow up.

Payment system horrible! Too many back and forth on credit card! Amount withdrawn then redeposit on card, then took again. I booked 9 rooms.

The rooms were a great size and the bed was comfortable. No glassware or iron in the room which was surprising and also inconvenient. Our shower was also not the cleanest upon arrival.

We chose this hotel for the waterslide. The staff was very friendly - especially the staff running the waterslide. Hottub was HOT (which I loved). The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great - variety for all.

The housing staff was very rude to my young children yelled at them and when i asked for towels they said i had to go to the front desk,when they clearly had enough on there carts.
