The location and view is amazing. Its right on the beach and in general felt safe too.
But the furniture looks old and dirty. It meeds deep cleaning. Also the supplies were very limited. No nice to have items included which are usually there in these rentals.

Loved this location and beach.
Just needs to be updated with new carpet and furniture, shower curtain liners need replacing. I would think for what I paid for 3 nights it could be easily done. Hope to visit the Beach House again.

We stayed at the Beach House from May 10-15, 2019 and enjoyed our stay . Check-in was made easy with the app and code provided so we did not have to obtain a key. One bedroom with fold out couch. Condo is located right on the beach which came with two reserved beach chairs and umbrella. Beach was not crowded since it was private for Beach House only. Condo was well furnished and clean. WIFI worked great and even streamed shows. Condo is located around a lot of restaurants and stores with a Winn Dixie down the street for groceries. Wish the bed was a king and not a queen. We will come back again.

This property was exactly what I was looking for! The view from my balcony was spectacular, the condo itself was lovely and the beach was amazing! I loved the complimentary beach service (Umbrella and chairs) and sitting on the balcony for my morning coffee. An amazing place for the price, I will definitely be back!

The condo was charming, clean and location was awesome...right on the beach. The kitchen came equipped BUT dishes and cookware were cheap and dated. We were not sure if the small, jetted pool was a pool or hot tub as it was not hot and there was not a jet button near. We would have loved a hot tub while there because it got a bit nippy last day and the kids wanted to get in some water. Location was fantastic, its is close to everything (Alvin's, gorcery, drugstore, mall, outlet, restaurants, etc.). Overall...we loved our stay!

Loved being at Beach House with free movie rentals, free bike rentals, 1 hour free kayak! 604C was a great condo and loved that we could get amazon, hulu, Netflix, games, etc on the tv. INCREDIBLE views! Can't wait to go back.

Great property but tv in guest room did not work. Kitchen pots and pans were horrible quality. These are little things that put a kink in an otherwise fabulous stay. Location is phenomenal!!!!

The condo was fantastic. Well appointed /-we had no need to run out for needed household items. Just bring groceries and your beach towels! Near outlet mall shopping and good restaurants. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time here. Condo was nice and comfy. Enjoyed the free chairs on the beach. The complimentary kayaking too. Lots of great shopping a nd everything you want to eat is close to condo.Look forward to coming again.

The carpet had pet hair and I sneezed the entire time.
I would suggest they get rid of the carpet so if people visit that are allergic to pets don't suffer.
Mirrors has lots of prints. Baseboards were dusty. Kitchen floor was dirty.
Tvs were not user friendly.
