Check in was good till she asked for 250$ extra for room. Even tho she had my credit card there is no need to charge double of my room rates of 125$..I understand if i pay with cash or debit. I hope it gets refunded. Be last time with this chain of hotels.

Had a long, hard day of travel with delayed and cancelled flights. Called the hotel to let them know we would not be in till approximately 2am.(This is for 2 prepaid rooms). Was informed that was too bad, if we couldn't make it before 2am we couldn't check in and that information was on their website. The airlines did what they could and we made it by 1:45am. However, their total lack of concern for people that experience difficulties in today's travel market and willingness to strand 4 travellers at 2am tells me they are not a company to do ANY business with. Will definitely NOT book again.

The property is very decent. Staff & Services are excellent. Pardeep Kaur from the front desk was very quick and clear. The staff at the breakfast counter were prompt, helpful and good.
I liked the fact that there is a gas station adjacent to the property. Air-con was not the best.

they lie it is not pet friendly and they left me without accommodations last minute to sleep in a car refusing my dog who is behaved and small.

If I had known any better but because it was my first time traveling to Canada I did not. I went off by the reviews of the hotel on Expedia.com I selected to stay here the last two nights of my visit it was a terrible and traumatizing experience due to the fact that there are bed bugs to which resulted in only myself, but my daughter and mother were bitten. I was bitten terribly on both my arms, behind the ear, back of neck, forehead, and right side eye lid. I swelled up so bad I could not see clearly from my right eye. Also, when I spoke with housekeeping to please clean the room while I was out looking for allergy medication and anti-itch cream when I came back I found the room the same way I left it. The housekeeper did not clean the room upon my return.
